Looks like our phones have already hit Alaska and scans will update; or we're waiting on UPS99 to depart in 10 hours.

UPS99 will arrive in AK at 4:39pm EST (12:39 local) on Thursday. Few hour turn around. Then 5 hour flight from AK to Louisville puts the phones in KY around 12am-ish Friday morning. Plenty of time to be distributed from KY to local hubs for delivery.

If your date says 9/21 and you haven't received any further date changes. It's coming 9/21.

Where In Mexico are you Located?
I Am In Monterrey, UPS sends the packages via austin TX then Monterrey Importing direct in Here.
In past years they sent them all the way down to Mexico City then Back to Monterrey.
I haven't received delay email, hopefully the delivery date won't change if the package makes it past louisville during the night.

So my order changed from Order in Progress to "Preparing to ship" last night and cc has a pending charge of the sales tax. Does that mean the phone has already shipped if the cc was charged?? I have a date of 9/28-10/5... so I'm kinda hoping this means it'll come before the 28th (maybe even this Saturday? lol).

Kind of worried right now.

Can’t be home Friday for delivery so I called and asked if my package would be available on Friday if I picked it up from the store. They said yes and it shows EOD 9/21. Sweet.

However, my case that I also got delivered to a store was supposed to come today but the exception came back and they rescheduled delivery till tomorrow. I’m afraid that the same thing will happen with my iPhone and I’ll be SOL come Friday. Debating calling them again to see if they can just hold it at the city hub and I’ll get it before work since it doesn’t show that option online.

Awe, darn. Ok thanks! Been hoping all week some miracle would happen but looks like I'm still getting ahead of myself lol. Hopefully it finally ships and I get some sort of tracking info in the next day or two...

I got that when I chose to get it dropped off at a ups location. Once it moved and got an arrival or departure scan It went away and back to normal

Still stuck in HK... tracking shows it’s still on time for delivery.

Same thing happened with my 6S and it was successfully delivered on launch day.

I won’t be home all day Friday. Tried to hold at UPS CC but nothing shows up, only UPS stores. Even tried entering the exact address of the CC. Any advice?

FYI iPhone XS 256gb gold still stuck in Hong Kong!

I set mine up as soon as shipping info first appeared. UPS Stores were the only options for me as well but I was able to select my local CC by entering the exact address. Try again, maybe there are different search options?

Both XS Max 256GB (one SG one Gold). Apple has never dropped the ball on getting me my phone on time, but I'm getting nervous this time.

Well the plane sure as heck isn't still flying. Just for whatever reason we haven't gotten an update on our end yet. Wouldn't worry.

This is my apply watch and it just hit Alaska with a huge delay in the scans... My iphone still says Incheon 7:59...

The scan for the watch appeared 3 hours later...

Well they were leaving earlier this week and there were two flights from hkg earlier today, so it appears that it didn’t affect.
