Who is still stuck in HK? Just talked to UPS and they assured me it would be here tomorrow.

Yep, he (UPS Clerk) said they would be done sorting around 9:00 am. Front guy is making sure mine is held back. While I was the UPS CC he called someone to verify that the holdback date of 9/24 was bogus. Then he checked another department and he/they said it would be here unless of a major accident!

I guess this thread will RIP Tomorrow evening!!!

Aw yeah, must be nice to have connections!
Is that the Omaha CC? Because last year I was there right at 8am and got mine!

The first flight out of Louisville to Dallas is around 4 am, and then it has another 3 hour drive west. If it gets there after the initial deliveries get to the CC in the morning, will they do a second afternoon delivery?

The flight from Louisville to my hub leave at 4:11AM so it has plenty of time 1AM to 4 AM to get through and loaded!

You will see an update tonight about RESCHEDULED DELIVER TO MONDAY 09/24 ....

Lolz, plenty of time .... Plenty of reschedule

I wonder how much money this means for UPS? How much do they get paid per iPhone to deliver them to the other side of the world?

Like many of you my phone and watch are in my city. I'm happy but not surprised and rats, I was busy all day so missed the fun of tracking them from KY.

Thank heavens for local UPS. I live in a very rural area where the driver can't drive up to my door. They always leave packages in a locked bin by the gate. So I was trying to arrange letting the driver know that my gate will be open and he can drive in so I can sign for the packages. The 800 # people were useless, can't do this, can't do that. The local UPS lady said she doesn't start work until 10:30 but because my packages are so "sensitive" she's going in early just to make sure they're processed and delivered properly. Call in the morning she said and we'll make a delivery plan. No no I protested, it's a phone and a watch, not a blood bank! She insisted though, nice!
