How am I supposed to talk to someone about my late phone when the whole country speaks another language???

So now it’s in Alaska. I looked up the weather there and it’s really REALLY cold!! Is my phone okay?? If it stays there more than a few hours should I call?? Someone needs to make sure my phone is warm. If it gets too cold and breaks before it gets here, does AppleCare cover that?? Come ON Apple!! How can you not cover that!?

Holy cow! It’s less than 24 hours until it’s supposed to be here. Has UPS ever delivered something from Alaska to my house in 24 hours?? I’m getting really worried, guys.

My question is this: does anyone have a database of UPS truck license plate numbers? I need to find out what vehicle it’s on so that I can track it once it’s out for delivery. They better not be delivering anything else! I know where the trucks are parked, so I can throw an RFID tag on it if I can figure out which one is scheduled to deliver my phone.

Or you click on your phone in your Apple.com orders, see this, have heart failure until you realize what it is.

My order page at Apple.com Says it arrives by the 28th and the “Delivers: “ section that should show the anticipated arrival info is blank. But it links to the proper tracking info.

Wow your phone departed ZZ already??!! A bunch of ours have been stuck there since the 17th with no movements at all. And we were all in the 21st delivery date group

I remember one year, my phone was so late, that it was rushed overnight to the CC. I got there and had to wait for it to be taken off of the truck and put on another truck to go to the CC. Hang in there, those of you with late phones. UPS does a heck of a job getting them to us.

So, I’m camping out in front of my UPS driver’s house right now. I’ve been here for the last 48 hours. I need to make sure he doesn’t get sick before his shift tomorrow.

Does anyone have access to the UPS sub list for when someone calls in sick? I want to make sure that if my normal driver can’t work I’ll still be able to intercept his sub on the way to work tomorrow and ask him if my phone is going to make it on time.
