By the way things look.. We won't know until Midnight EST.. when the flight lands in Louisville.. Hopefully you all will get updated times etc... I still see on time delivery for 9/21.. and mines left anchorage at 2:10.. Presumed to be on flight 97
I'm guessing there are UPS auto status update processes that don't know about the special Apple launch logistics.
At this point if your phone is not physically on a flight to Louisville there is no way to be getting it tomorrow. All UPS planes leaving Alaska for Louisville have already departed and it has to be there before around 3 so that the flights can make it to your local areas.

I changed this post...not rubbing my status in. I haven't been here all day, I'm just seeing the posts NOW about the delay in deliveries for many here.
My God, that sucks, I'm sorry.
I haven't read ALL the posts or what is going on --- when it all comes down to it, UPS failed miserably...BUT the ultimate responsibility should be Apple.
Those who were promised the 9/21 date, but pushed back should get a darn 10-20 G.C. from Apple.
That's how I see it, my 2 cents.

I'm getting this too! My last scan was a departure scan from AK @8:52 AM and it just changed to the 24th when I open the tracking details however it shows 9/21 on the UPS app homepage, MyChoice calendar, and Apple.com. I am hoping its just a tracking glitch because there hasn't been an arrival scan to Louisville yet. Only time will tell!

The UPS99 flight thats causing everyone to now see a Sept 24th delivery date has got to be a glitch.
There is absolutely no reason why that flight can't get to SDF and be sorted in time for the outbound flights.
Unless that flight has an emergency and diverts (which it hasn't), or they decided to take a bunch of pallets of iPhones off the flight in Anchorage (zero reason for them to do that).... we're getting our iPhones tomorrow.

UPS 99 has been in the air more than an hour and no departure scan from Anchorage yet.
Delivery date moved to Monday from Friday.

I'm on the 2:10Anc also and live in Louisville. Mine also changed. But I have worked at UPS Louisville before and they have a very efficient operation. If the flight is on time, they will still have 2 hours to sort the product and get back on flights to destination cities. There are a few early flights but most don't start back out until 2:30AM Eastern. It takes about 17 minutes at the most to make it thru the conveyors at WorldPort. I anticipate 95-98% of the phones will still make it to their destination on time for tomorrow delivery.
You do understand that if the system is having issues there's no guarantee that anyone is actually stuck in China, right?
