If you guys look this up on a computer to see the desktop version, what are you seeing?
I see conflicting things which point me to believe there is an issue somewhere with their systems.

Oh I'm sure that people are doing just that but it's not like Apple to "blame" anyone else. They would apologize and encourage customers to keep tracking the item.

just got an update that my delivery info is not available at this time instead of being 9/24....but still no update from the 8:52 departure scan from AK
Boggles my mind. You’d think Apple would have phones staged in the mainland before launch.
My XS Max (256GB, Silver, ATT) departed AK at 2:10PM still showing delivery for tomorrow on both the Apple Website and the UPS site. Not sure if I should feel lucky or anxious that it could flip over at any time... Guess I'll be refreshing both until I head to bed!
Southern NJ. My phone arrived in Phila at 6:15 pm and will be here tomorrow. Hers changed to Monday.

Hmmmmmm...someone catch me up on the last 40 pages that have posted since I was on at lunch today....(wtf?)
Seems like there's a distinct correlation between the number of times you track your iPhone on the UPS site and whether it's delayed or not. I don't think UPS like people using up their resources.
Well considering it has to be scanned and enter manually to do a delay in UPS system i think you will be okay
Has everyone calmed down a little bit? I took a break to go grab some dinner and get away from the nuttiness and the hysteria, so hopefully everyone has taken a big deep breath and realized that yes computers do glitch sometimes and no you’re not gonna miss out on your phone.
Just got off the phone with UPS. They said it was a computer glitch and all phones that were originally scheduled for 9/21 will be deliver on time, so long as the following is true:
- You have refreshed the UPS tracking site at least 50 times prior to today.
- You have refreshed the UPS tracking site at least 50 times in the past hour.
- You have contacted UPS directly about the supposed delay.
- You are currently following at least a half dozen threads on a half dozen websites regarding this subject.
- Panic is ensuing because your entire day tomorrow has been totally shot.
