I hesitate to post that my phone and watch are on the truck for delivery because I know some of you are still worried yours won't arrive today. Only thing I can offer is that I've been doing this for several years and Apple has never been late. Someone posted that some 7/7 plus were delivered on Saturday instead of Friday but I got mine on launch day. I know Apple will make good or make it up to you. Best of luck everyone and like every year, it's been fun sharing the ride with you.
Mine just updated from On time to "Date tenative" but still shows delivery date of today 
You are lucky. Mine still has to make a three hour drive out to Abilene. It just left the airport at 7.
Even on launch day there’s issues. Guess you can’t really count on it till you see the driver pull up with your stuff.
You're in the app. I know in Safari you get to pick the location, hit next and then it'll give you the estimate. I'm not sure about the app.
Whew just refreshed again and now shows a Departure scan along side switching back to "on time"
Just got a text from UPS saying delivery may be delayed due to unexpected circumstances. Not a good sign!!Well now that we got the 7:10am scan I sure hope it’s on a plane
Mine left Louisville yesterday afternoon, arrived in Jackson, MS around 11:40 p.m., left Jackson a few hours later, arrived in BR, LA, at 6:27 a.m. and at 6:30 a.m. it was out for delivery. I won’t likely have it til this evening because of our location, but I’m excited it’s on its last leg of the journey.
My watch (AT&T order) OTOH, is coming FedEx, and right now is still near NO (they scanned Kenner, so I’m guessing at the NO airport).
My daughter’s phone (also AT&T) is coming FedEx also, and it’s in Covington, LA right now.
It’s so crazy how they are just all over the place.

The great phone race is on and is almost replicating exactly my 6S shipping times.
Currently on a plane to a town about 3 hours away. It should arrive there and then be trucked up by around noon and make an afternoon delivery around 3:30ish.

While true, it also hasn’t departed Orlando yet... it’s been there for the last 2 hours and they open in an hour and a half.
So, I put the request in days ago to have my phone held at the CC. I just got the notification from UPS that it is instead “out for delivery.” Is this normal, or did they not fulfill my request?
Just checked in the browser and it tells me I can pick it up today. Last Progress update is still departure scan in Louisville... contemplating if I should take a chance and change it stay at the CC! Decisions, decisions.
Weeeeeeeeeee! The got rid of all of the “bouncing back to HK and then AK” tracking nonsense overnight as well.

Make that decision fast before you can’t anymore and it’s loaded in the truck
All of my stuff made it... as expected... iPhone XS Max 256 SG SIM-free and two black S4 watches... never a doubt... trust the process.
This year's ride had a few bizarre turns, but once again, UPS came through. Trust the process.
