Anybody else’s stuck in Louisville? Mine had an import scan at 1:16pm yesterday (9/20) and since then nothing. In the mean time my wife’s phone has been in and out of Louisville flown to NH and is now at the CC. Wondering if it’s been stolen.

Update for my Miami folks mine just showed a departure scan at 7:23am! There’s definitely a delay on their scans.

Will our phone arrive today ?

If you departed the Middletown hub earlier this morning it was on it's way to the Bethlehem hub to go out for delivery. I know UPS doesn't usually leave the hub until 9am or sometimes later. Getting close. I still don't have any updates that it arrived in Bethlehem or was loaded on the truck. UPS site says delivery for today.

There's a delay in scans.

Yes there is Follow My Delivery map if you have My Choice.

Not Out For Delivery yet means nothing, I've seen trucks go out at 9:30-10am eastern. There may even be 1 truck just for Apple launch deliveries in the area. They know what they're doing.

I took the plunge. After the refresh, it says it will hold it today at the CC. I think I'm good. Thanks for the help.

The better option IMO. Waiting for the truck after all we’ve been through is too much. Lol

Sooo I had requested to pick up at my local CC as soon as there was tracking but tracking now states that it’s out for delivery??? I tried to see if I can request it again but it says that I’ve already requested this. Is it really out for delivery??

Mine was on the 3:26pm out or Anchorage, just barely updated to import scan in Louisville, weird, as I ordered it at 12:02am on the 14th. Still needs to get to Sky Harbor but should be no problem. This is the closest I’ve ever seen in the past 10 or so years

Looks like the last plane bound for PHX was 15 minutes late getting out of SDF... maybe holding the connection... but you should be good... PHX arrival scan at 4:20 am... my phone is at the UPS CC waiting for me. Yours should be here, too.

Hey guys don't fret. I was waiting for a scan to my destination hub. Tracking wasn't updated. I got an email that my phone was ready for pick up. If it says 9/21 and is on time. Expect it today. Ups tracking updates are trash. Congrats to everyone that got their phones and watches. Until next year. I'm out crazy people. ( I include myself in that group). hahaha

Same for me, 3:33am import scan in SDF and now nothing..... There was a 3:55am flight SDF to SLC, my iPhone should have been on that one (it landed at 5:07am in SLC). ZERO update.

Still shows an on time arrival (9/21).

Mine just got scanned in my city. It got here in an hour less than it takes to drive the distance it had. I thought the delay meant they just weren't appearing but the times were accurate, but I guess maybe the delays are the actual timestamp being wrong. Either way, I am sure if our orders reflected 9/21 that we will get them today. Unless we don't, haha.

Yikes..

I'm in Orange County and import scan in Louisville occurred at 2:35AM. It didn't leave on the Ontario CA flight and there is a flight to LAX that is already nearly 2 hours delayed. I don't think I'm getting my phone tomorrow.

Southern Cali people might be wrecked on this iPhone release.

Some of the SDF > xxx delays are for connections... the last PHX flight was late, presumably waiting for the last PHX devices from ANC. Trust the process.
