I think they are still trying to get them on trucks and get them out. The phones arrived at my hub after everything else went out and they still had trucks going out.

Everyone talking about setting up as new -- new is nice, but if you have an old Apple Watch with Health Data, I think you lose it unless you do restore from backup. You also lose any game saves that weren't cloud backed up.
I slimmed down a ton of games/apps on my phone to hopefully speed up the backup/restore process today.

I usually set my phone up as new. 1. because i always run Betas so backups don't always work with older versions (if i don't put the beta on the new phone right away) and 2. i can get rid of apps i don't use
My phone has been in destination scan for a while, and I'm also supposed to pick up at UPS CC. Can I just go now? Or is there some status after destination scan?
In the UPS app you can actually follow the delivery and estimated what time to be delivered by
What a nightmare this year. Still no idea when my phone is going to be here for pickup. UPS tells me it won’t be in CA until tomorrow.

Got an email from ups saying it might be delayed but tracking says end of day still. Not on the delivery truck yet but it’s in my city.
Neither one of our phones has an "out for delivery" scan yet, but I can see the delivery truck heading up the freeway now. Obviously the scans are behind!
That is my dilemma. I am on the 12.1 beta now and don't want to lose my Apple Watch progress (I have hit all goals everyday this year). So I am stuck with either losing it all or waiting till the beta is available for the XS before migrating over to the new phone.

This is some BS. It rained for $@&$ sake after the plane was on the ground. We get weather way worse than this. I may just have it held it Potsdam and go pick it up there.

Just got updated to tomorrow delivery. And I requested mine to be held for pickup at CC which is closed on Saturday.... I'm really pissed.
