totally off topic question but, when my phone arrives should I set up as new or backup from cloud? whats best?
Yup. I showed up at the customer center because the tracking has been all over the place and they told me my phone is still in Kentucky. I’m on with Apple now because this is unacceptable. UPS screwed the pooch here and Apple needs to make it right.
Yes that is what I am also seeing today. Last year he did some businesses and then hit our neighborhood because there were several overnight express packages that prioritized my neighborhood but most years after or by 3 as my tracking states.

Anybody in Toronto have an "Out for Delivery"? I'm stuck at a departure scan in Mississauga this morning at 9:15am. Called UPS, they told me if it doesn't arrive at the distribution centre by noon then delivery will be delayed until Monday.
I’m in this boat as well. I just had these two updates show up in the last hour. I’m confused. I scheduled the pickup at a CC over 24 hours ago

The UPS driver is teasing me, he knows darn well what is being delivered here.
Question - Apple has been producing these phones for months... long before the GM of IOS 12 came out. How do they get the GM on the phones after they are already packaged??

FWIW, mine was showing “unavailable” for a few minutes and just now came back up. The servers are probably getting utterly blasted right now.

My truck was 1 street over from my house last I looked now it says live tracking not available and I can't see if it was delivered.
