Carrier Apple.com New 2018 iPhone Pre-Order Thread

At 5:27 this morning mine was in New Orleans with an on time arrival. All day it was still listed in New Orleans. Went to my CC this afternoon to complain and it was sitting there ready to be picked up. I showed the lady UPS tracking said it was still in NOLA and she just shrugged her shoulders.

good thing i stayed home from work today. my building also accepts the packages and then puts them in parcel lockers for us to pick up and I've preordered the iphone every year with no issues. this year the building manager called and said they had to have my actual signature instead of them signing off as received it!! Never had that issue last year or any other year. I would have been upset if I would have missed it.

I'm guessing Apple / UPS is going to miss the delivery date for mine. Hard to say where things went wrong. UPS had been showing 9/21 by end of day for delivery until this morning.

My status is exactly the same as yours. UPS MyChoice still says that expected delivery is tonight by 7PM, but I'm doubting it...

I am. Dealing with UPS logistics in the past it will likely go to a major hub first ie Ontario for me, then Phoenix because they don’t have regular Friday night flights even though we have three daily arriving flights from Louisville.

I wonder why we haven't gotten any kind of departure scan out of Louisville??? I know UPS can sometime skip scans but I would think it would have flown SOMEWHERE since the last scan?

Got mine this morning. My 9/24 delivery date that changed from 9/21 went back to today for delivery luckily. It’s an awesome phone so far!

Me too! It said yesterday delivery on 9/24 (Monday) but then today it won't show Says it's in clearance and to check back for delivery date. It better still come Monday I've been banking on it!! lol

All of the Louisville traffic leaves in the late afternoon or evening. So it's just going to hang around all day today and then leave with the rest of the packages.

So, my only hope is that it gets on the overnight flight so I can pick it up at the UPS CC right when they open at 10am. If not, the iPhone will be sitting at the UPS Customer Center for 5 days until it gets shipped back to Apple.

It’s weird to me too tbh. There’s hasn’t been a scan since this morning. I would think there would be some type of movement. At this point I’ve lost hope for today’s delivery. But I still want a dang update. I feel like they lost my damn package lol

Same here. Driver has been on my street a block away multiple times. Makes no sense.

Mine also says: Delivered today by 3pm... it's now almost 4:30
