iPhone was released from customs at 1:36am on 9/21 and hasn't moved since. Spoke to UPS and they said it won't be delivered on time (I mean obviously, it's 8pm on the east coast here). Apple needs to stop shipping with UPS, they always mess this up. Why do I pay to be in the Apple Upgrade Program? Beyond annoying.

I'm almost tempted to walk in Apple store - after this phone comes and ask if they have any 44mm Apple Watches...any one return them? Can you sell me one...etc. The more I look at the hands on videos, photos...the more I want one now.

I got one today and I am AMAZED at how awesome it is. I have a series 3 and felt guilty about doing the upgrade ... not anymore. The screen is amazing. I got the 44mm

Important Scan Louisville 2:56AM. No update. Still shows 9/21 Delivery date... cant make heads or tails. Called their customer service, talked to Customer care center... no one seems to know where it is!

Here! Got import scan at 3:34am at louisville and then the delay BS. Now it says " Service Upgraded and rescheduled for tomorrow"

However, my iPhone XS Max is lost somewhere.

Both the watch and the iPhone left San Diego this morning at 4:30 AM. I picked up the watch in Anaheim (UPS CC) at around 8:05 AM, but not the iPhone. it's early evening here and the iPhone's last status still says, "Departed". That was over 14 hours ago. It's only a two hour drive from S.D. to Anaheim.

Even coming from the X i love the larger screen. Sold my X for $850 so really not much out of pocket for an upgrade
