How many people were supposed to get their devices today and didn’t?
I live in Louisville and UPS lost my package. I spent all day in contact with them as they searched, and they could not find my phone. Last scan was yesterday arriving in Louisville at 6:04. It was the second set of Louisville scans so likely in the sorting center.
Is there anyone else in this boat?

Our gold Xs arrived today and Apple has done a great job with the gold finish this time around. Very impressive unit.
My Xs Max that was scheduled for Sept 28 to Oct 5 delivery, which shipped early is now in Anchorage, AK as of about 45 minutes ago. Tracking info says I get it monday.

I was the second arrival as well (UPS 99) arrived at 1:06AM and mine made it smoothly. Did you get an Import Scan at all?
Apple just changed my Arrival Date from today to Monday. I checked with UPS and Saturday delivery is not an option because it is not yet in the US...
Congrats on folks that made it through the UPS and Apple Store Launch Day glitch obstacle courses and scored a phone today! Every year seems to have some degree of unnecessary excitement.

Mine went out for delivery and the driver went back to the hub. UPS still thinks I am going to get it tonight.
That's so weird i was 3:20 Import and made it. I don't get how random ones out of the bunch are just missing
My wife's XS Max in silver came in today as planned, its a great looking phone. I saw someone else with the Gold version today. UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGLY. Like a band-aid. No man should have this color, let alone a woman.

Saw an article on Cult Of Mac on buyer was told by UPS
"We have a contractual agreement with some shippers, which limits the amount of packages that can be handed over to UPS on any given day"
So looks like that could explain some of the ZZ folks sitting longer than expected. The flights leaving may have been at capacity and UPS had other agreements to fulfill first.

Wth happened in Louisville at 3am?? Called UPS but they couldn’t tell me why it was delayed for 9/24. Saw 3 UPS flights to Puerto Rico after 5am, but no updates after that 3:55am Import Scan.
