In Deliveries, use the whole order number. If you're looking at the UPS site, use the order number WITHOUT the last 2 digits.

I have a question on picking up from the hub. Every year I pick up from the hub so no questions on how to do that, I think it’s the best way to do it and it’s only 3 mins from my work. So this year we decided to order our phones separately to be quicker, we have one phone under her name and my phone and watch under mine. Will ups let me pickup her phone? I think I remember that if we have the same address with ID they should release it. Anyone know this?

Ok, quick question. I ordered unlocked 512gb Max for I store pickup on the 21st. I got my confirmation email of purchase and under apple orders it says processing and with pickup date for my apple store. Should I be worried if I never got charged for anything or a hold charge from apple?

I know it's exciting when you finally see something in UPS or get that 'shipped' notice from Apple... but if you're still waiting, have no fear or angst... if you got a delivery date for 9/21, you WILL get your phone/watch on 9/21...
