It’ll likely be pending until it hits the USA. As per last year. If the app says hold at hub then that’s where it’ll be.

Has anyone else got a delivery date of 21st September but order is still showing processing / order in progress?
I had a weird glitch on my order telling me to update my payment information even though my card was charged and payment wasn't held, spoke to apple who said that it is just an error in the system and that the order is fully funded.
Worried that his will delay my delivery but everything still showing delivers on 21st.

I will wait until at least one scan I guess because I just tried and the CC is not there as an option, just access points near me right now.
In the past, many times the Apple Store status won't change until mid-week prior to the delivery date. I guess it is Apple's way of keeping the uninformed from feeling like their device could get there quicker if they see it shipped on the Sunday before. Alas, it is normal.
Aha, there’s hope! Just checked Settings in the MyChoice app and realized I hadn’t changed my address after I moved in Oct. 2017. Updated that and giving it a few, then checking again. Fingers crossed. Lol.
Correct, usually it doesn't fulfill the request until it hits whatever the last sort hub is at the destination (unless it is a change to a Access Point outside that area, or deliver to an address in a different area as well). But either way, it at least doesn't happen until the entry point and it clears customs.

Remember to try your order number (minus the last 2 digits) and your phone number in the Track By Reference field on UPS's site and see if it shows! MyChoice can take a while to clear when you first signup.

Same here but for a package sent from Ohio to Iowa one week ago (which is not even mine)...
The airport is closed and they are not hurricane hunters so expect delays. It's just a phone people !
Try looking on the full UPS website, instead of mobile. When you look there and you are logged into MyChoice, it will show you all the reference#'s attached to that shipment and that may help you with narrowing it down. Worst case, weight will be a help once enough people get their info.
I haven’t seen anyone’s shipping info put their order anywhere near Hong Kong. So, it’s fine.

Mine now says confirmed, but the status is listed as “Exception”. I’m hoping this is due to the hold at CC lol.
Except our phones are not getting shipped out of Hong Kong, but Shanghai which is out of the storm path... but in any event, it is a just a phone... but try telling that to a thread dedicated to the most OCD and bloodthirsty of fans who want to know that their iBaby's are being transported with the utmost of care XD
Yes. When anything changes with the delivery they refer to it as a “delivery exception.”
If I can remember correctly Exception for me when I contacted UPS means it’s okay.

Just checked my UPS app and it showed I have a package coming from CN! Currently, order is processed and waiting for UPS. Label is made.
I forgot to set the destination country. When I did that I get back a message stating UPS couldn't locate my shipment details. I'm sure my package will be ready later today.
This is odd, I’m not finding a CC, maybe I’ll just wait until it gets here in the states. Likely call them directly and have them to hold it at a hub if nothing pops up.
From what I get from this is as long as we have the same address I should be able to pick it up.
