so weird,

if i just type in tracking number
then i get this
China 09/16/2018 7:48 P.M. Order Processed: Ready for UPS

but if i put by reference i get,
ZhengZhou, China 09/16/2018 11:30 P.M. Origin Scan
China 09/16/2018 6:48 A.M. Order Processed: Ready for UPS

Just out of curiosity, is anyone else not getting any tracking information on accessories? Mine and my wife’s iPhones have shown up in UPS My Choice, however the tracking number for my iPhone XS Max case from Apple is coming up with nothing. UPS acts like it does not recognize it, and I received it in an email from Apple saying it had shipped. Is anyone else seeing that regarding accessories that I assume are already state side?

That's how mine was last year. The app sweetly stated a launch day delivery but by Monday night everyone's else's had flipped and shipped while mine sat in "Order in Progress." It was only after I called that I found out I had helped fubar the order and by Wednesday was being told by a sup in Austin that there was no way I was getting a phone delivered on Friday. I was appreciative of her honesty and was able to get one in-store with no problem on launch day.

That's why I suggested you ask to speak to a sup. I think the front-line reps pretty much see the same info we do on the website and just tell people not to worry. I'm not kidding when I say that after years and years of enjoying this time of the year all of us here have a much more detailed understanding of the process than the front-line reps.

Unless it gets held by customs like our 7+'s a few years ago and went on the crazy world tour of Incheon, China, and back and forth. That was torture! :confused:

I want to change mine for pickup since there is a UPS store across the street from where I work. However when I went to the UPS site to change for Pickup it said estimated delivery Monday, September 24, 2018.

Should I go with changing to store pickup or should I leave it as is with home delivery?

Got tracking for both the iPhone Max 512 ATT and Apple Watch. Both requested hold for pickup in CC with no problem.

Choose ups customer center, not store. Store pickup will get pushed to next business day.

It’s looking like I will be camping out. I’m ok with that I suppose. You can’t deny gold old fashioned cash. Thank you for the advice.

If you can’t change it to a CC (customer center), I wouldn’t have it held for pickup. A CC will have it 9/21 but most UPS Stores won’t get it until a day later.

CC also shows 9/24 delivery. Should I just go with that? Usually I have pre orders go to my work warehouse, but my new job won't allow it :(

My Max case is still stuck in preparing to ship, and while I too have tracking numbers for my watch and phone I have nothing on my case. I've been wondering if maybe they're already state too. I have the product red leather case. Which one do you have?

Still no tracking on my end. My order is preparing for shipment. I was hoping I would have seen something on UPS My Choice by now but no such luck. Hoping I’ll get some tracking info in the next 24 hrs. For anyone wondering I ordered IUP Verizon XS 256GB Sliver. Completed my order at about 3:05am EST and received confirmation email at 3:27.
