Record the game, stay away from the internet until about 830pm EST, and only then begin watching and fast forwarding through all the silliness. By the time you get to the end of the recording, the circus will just be ending, and you’ll have two hours of your life back.
Nah, find a babysitter, go out for valentines day dinner with the spouse during the game (at a nice place that doesn't have TVs).

Apple today shared an ad on its Apple Music YouTube channel promoting the upcoming Apple Music Super Bowl Halftime Show, which is set to feature R&B singer and songwriter Usher.

In the spot, Ludacris, Lil Jon, and Taraji P. Henson are in Vegas, and they FaceTime with Apple CEO Tim Cook. The trio lets Cook know that they've "lost" Usher, and Cook tells them that they'll locate him. The video ends with the tagline "Where's Usher?" and says "Coming Soon on Apple Music."

Earlier this week, Apple announced the release of a collection of exclusive content from Usher ahead of his performance at the halftime show. All of Usher's albums are available in Spatial Audio, and there are also Usher-curated playlists available.

Super Bowl LVIII is set to take place at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on Sunday, February 11. Usher will perform in the Apple Music Halftime Show.

Apparently she's averaged just 25 seconds of screen time per game. It's so dumb, they show celebrities all the time.
It’s not dumb. TBH, I’m getting tired of seeing her at every KC game. They get her waking in the stadium, then almost every single catch Kelce makes, TD celebration and on the big screens. And when SNF opened up to Mike Terico saying “Swifty Fans” that’s too much. GMA last week spent a time slot talking all about her traveling to the SB. They don’t show the same celebrities over and over again. For example, when Dallas lost their wild card game, JJ was only shown a few times. I wished they put the camera on him so I could see his reaction after some of those plays, like they do for TS. I’ll be pretty disappointed if they cut away from a TD celebration to show her- they already did once.

I'm indifferent on the ad, it feels like it is part of another ad. It is weird to see the CEO of any company in an ad and a bit grandiose of him to do so. Besides that you guys have to understand, these ads are geared more towards millennials and besides that it's all kinds of weird stuff in commercials during the Super Bowl anyways. I mean they will just have Clydesdales running down a road in Budweiser commercials. Who is that for 1890s farmers? Don't look too much into it it's all fun and part of the spectacle.

Superbowl or Super waste of time. Just like the World Cup these days. Stopped watching both.

Back in the day there was a football game.
Now it’s all about a halftime spectacle.
Now it’s about the funniest ad competition.
Now it’s about a freaking 6 hour pregame blabfest.
Now it’s about celebrity voyeurism.
Now it’s about a Puppy Bowl
Somewhere in there is a football game.

Excuse me while I go shout at some clouds.

among other garbage events and other worthless noise that run through both the Super Bowl and the World Cup. Years ago, there wasn't as much free time to spend doing. These days there are more and better things to do. Maybe play sports rather than watch worthless sporting events. We don't need to know about Travis and Swift, and their BS drama on the news (which I ignore and do not read), the BS drama she said during her in Japan tour. Nobody needs to know any of this. Sports is a 20-plus year in the hands of the media mongers' owners who want to have everyone watching these events even though they are not fans otherwise.

I’m a big Bears fan but I stopped watching for 2 years now? After Deshaun Watson I realized I’m watching a weird blood sport that is really backwards and outdated. And that got affirmed with Tua’s big head injury.

Just seems antiquated by like 40 years.

That's a much more sane answer than I feared. Legit critique.

Yet...football has unique features which make it the king of sports. Soccer is beautiful and sublime but the down in football creates a level of strategy preparation and planning unrivaled in other games. That dynamic continues to make football a fun and amazing sport. But like all sports it's played by humans and some of them are disgusting. And there is some risk.

The Mac vs. PC ads were hilarious and awesome. The "smug" character was actually the PC. Watch them again.
No matter how clever the writing and acting was, the underlying message was Apple‘s way is superior to the PC way. Whether or not we agree that is true, it’s probably a contributing reason why so many people hated Apple for mocking them.

Well like I said, it's only an average of 25 seconds per game. Less than one commercial. And if that's an issue with you, your issue should be with the networks and not with Taylor. She's just living her life supporting her boyfriend. Knicks fans don't have a problem with them showing Spike Lee at all the games, in fact they embrace it.
