No, not very new. I have an Amex since End of 2016 and it is working flawless since then. If you want a referral, I can help you as well .

Although Apple‘s „Coming soon“ has very wide ranges.

So maybe this is a generic version that they will send out to multiple countries tomorrow (explains why they send out a English version to German customers) or they just forgot to add Germany
