Unlikely though as they are still pushing that Tesco Pay+ system
I’ve started using their Pay+, mainly because it means I don’t have to carry the Tesco club card.
I would if it had an Apple Watch component

See there was no mention of Apple Pay Cash extending outside of the U.S. during the keynote.
Any news on any UK loyalty cards supporting contactless with iOS 12? Would be great if any retailers adopted those new possibilities.
Then again, not even all are available in Wallet: I hate having to scramble for the M&S app to get to my Sparks card when they could just integrate it into the Wallet.

I've tried that and never had it accepted yet by any scanner. Have you had it working?
[UPDATE] It has now been added natively which is the first times that has worked. I'll give it a go next time I'm in store.

It’s never worked for me in the past either.
I need to have a look if it’s been improved as well.
I believe the older scanners had problems reading from a phone screen and are being updated. I have also had problems in the past but not recently.
We e switched main shopping stores to Sainsbury’s so it’ll be a while before we are back at Tesco. Will feed back when we next go in though if it has worked.

Well I noticed mention of it in the newly released shortcuts app but I think this is just accidental code that’s been leftover from the US app. Trying to run a shortcut with one of these results in an error. I was hoping to see mention of it at the latest keynote so I haven’t got high hopes for it reaching us any time soon.

Don’t remember when I used to pay over £30 but the other day I went to Jamie Oliver’s restaurant and paid with Apple Pay. That was definitely over £30.

Doesn’t work for me either, it’s still basic contactless rules in Tesco.
Even that doesn’t work on their self service tills - type in your sparks number on the checkout? Pah!
