Same thing. PR media, not just pics. I shouldn't have been specific on pics. Apple is a well prepared machine, when it comes to the media.
As I said, sites had UK Apple Pay PR pics and vids on sites since it was announced.
That only works if Apple only update the file JUST before the scheduled check. But we've seen them update the file at other times. If they update the file for a new feature at say 8pm, then people turning on their phone at 8.01pm after being off since before midnight the night before, will get the feature immediately. Everyone else who was connected at midnight the night before won't get it till the next midnight. That sounds silly, has it been proved it doesn't check when you open the app? Cheers
You're really over complicating it and over thinking it.
Multiple people have confirmed in this thread that it checks every 24 hours. What's not known is when that is.
Mine has done it but needs verifying and only gives a number to call - which has an automated voice saying no one is available (unsurprisingly) - did all of yours just go straight through?
I think they might have put it live earlier than they wanted to, and the first few have slipped through the net. I expect it to go fully live tomorrow morning.
Mate, I asked a question and you decided to answer (and rather dismissively with a wink). Seeing as you engaged with me I figured you wanted to discuss it. Did you use the natwest app to update your mobile number? It gave me the option to verify via SMS code or calling natwest.
