Question:
When the status goes from "Processing Item's to "Shipping", does Apple send an email with update? Just curious because I'm getting tired of checking my order every 30 minutes.

There is an e-mail from Apple if the item is shipped. But not when it's "Preparing for Shipment"
that's right that was i meant to say i guess the poster meant he is keep checking his order every 30 minutes to see if its moves from processing to PFS not shipping. He should have wrote from processing to PFS not shipping but i assume he meant PFS.
Maybe the 11/19-27 wave will get prepared soon now that there's been some activity for y'all! Fingers crossed. Maybe tomorrow will be our day!
So salty I wasn't able to order *right* at midnight. My bank blocked my card, and assumed it was fraud. so I was on hold for half an hour before I could purchase. Urgh

I'm in the same boat as you - right down to my card not going through because my bank thought it was fishy - granted I don't make many large purchases at 4:00AM. It put me in the same shipping window as you. Here's to "prepared for shipment" soon!

Oh no!! you too eh? I suppose they're just doing their job. But ouch! that was frustrating in the wee hours of the morning. Hopefully we'll get our pencils soon! did you get your iPad at least? I was able to pick that up the next morning

Yeah I do have the iPad but I must admit it doesn't feel complete at all without the Pencil or Keyboard. I got it with the accessories to replace my laptop and so far it can't do that. Hoping the accessories ship soon!
Looks like I've just been charged for the pencil. Ordered about 30 minutes after go live. Still saying processing expected deliver 19 - 26 November.
I ordered the iPad Pro 128gb LTE Silver and its on the way due for delivery tomorrow before 10:30!!!
I'm in that group and I'm still processing also. Trust me I'm watching it closely.
I haven't actually decided whether or not to get an iPad Pro, but the delivery time on the Pencil is so long that I've ordered one now, just in case.

Frankly that's ridiculous. Apple really needs to get its act together.
Or is it like the Apple Watch? At one point they were quoting ridiculous times for bands to be delivered. Then suddenly they started shipping really quickly and delivery estimates reduced enormously overnight.

Update this morning..... I am not regretting paying extra for overnight shipping. I leave for out of town and wouldn't of gotten it until later next week unless it did!

Take out your "See Complete Order Details", we can see your location and order status'sUpdate this morning..... I am not regretting paying extra for overnight shipping. I leave for out of town and wouldn't of gotten it until later next week unless it did!

Yeah I bet you didn't expect the hyperlink to actually embed from a copy and paste into the forums! Good to see that the 5-7 day orders are done. I am in the 1-2 week batch (i.e. next lot)...so as UK 5-7 days, went out on Friday, I am hoping that the next batch is a week behind (i.e. dispatching late this week)

Definitely didn't. I was suppose to originally receive it between the 19th and 23rd and it shipped sooner. I have a feeling they are going to be a lot easier to get in the near future and ship sooner rather than later.
