Bought one today from Liverpool store. Reserved it for business (creative agency) the day it came out. They seem to be very focused on biz with this launch. Don't think I would have got a reservation if I did. They have told me they will let me know when more come in for the rest of the team

ordered in the UK after 8:30am on launch day via the app. Just noticed that both the keyboard and pencil are being prepared for dispatch. Not sure how long they stay in that status until they ship. For all i know, they could be being dispatched from China and will not arrive until the 26th in the 19-26th November window originally quoted by Apple.
Mine states 'Preparing for Despatch' - I thought it was 'Processing' or something similar earlier unless I'm looking the plot ?
The earlier UK pencil orders (delivered Monday) were shipped from the UK and delivered the next working day, so I think it is likely you will get your Pencil tomorrow. My 11:30am 11/11 order is still 'Processing'...

Mines is at the same stage now! Really hoping it's dispatching from the UK. I think all the orders tat were released on Friday and Saturday were dispatched from the UK.

So, I've just checked for the umpteenth time today and my Smart Keyboard and Pencil have just moved from Processing to PFS. I'm in the UK, I ordered the IPP, SK and Pencil on 11th Nov - order confirmation email was timestamped 0833 GMT, IPP was estimated at 1 business day, delivery on 13th Nov, received it 12th Nov. SK and Pencil were originally estimated as 1-2 weeks, delivery 19th-26th and I'm now vaguely hopeful that they'll be dispatched tonight for delivery tomorrow.
Crossing my fingers for the rest of you in the same boat.

This is where I feel a little bit guilty...
I was in the Glasgow Buchanan Street store just after 3pm today and bought what I believe was the only Pencil available after receiving a call from the business team a half hour or so earlier. My emailed receipt was at 15:12hrs and I was back home in Kilmarnock around 15:40hrs. My intention was to cancel my online Pencil order as soon as I confirmed that my new one was working. However, within 14 minutes of arriving home my order went to "Preparing for Dispatch" so I am now unable to cancel it! My order also includes my Smart Keyboard so it's not a total disaster and I can return the spare Pencil or sell it on at cost price. I'm certainly not looking to make a profit and will post here when I actually get the dispatch notification and know when it will be here.
So, apologies to @tony_glasgow, but it looks like I inadvertently outmanoeuvred you today. Hopefully there will be more stock tomorrow but failing that, and assuming I get my online order tomorrow, maybe we can sort something out. I have not received a dispatch notification yet so my guess is that the order might dispatch tomorrow for a Monday delivery.

And dispatched. Two separate DPD tracking numbers, currently en route from Hinckley to my local delivery depot for delivery today, the 20th. Huzzah! Hoping this means that the rest of the 19th-26th group are or will soon see movement too.

Woke to some good news this morning, a £79 charge on my AMEX card! The pencil is still showing as Processing on Apple.com, but I hoping it will change to PFD and then Dispatched later today for delivery to work on Monday.
I was a bit tardy in ordering on the 11th, not ordering until 11:30am. At least it looks like Apple is processing orders in batches based on the time of ordering as those that ordered not long after 8am look to be getting their pencils today (if they haven't already got them).

I work at a Authorised Premium Reseller here in the UK. We are being told roughly 5 weeks for the pencil...and something similar for the Apple stores within radius.
Heads up: The in-store pickup option is live on the UK Apple Store now. I don't know if this is old news but I checked this morning and I had the option to buy online and collect in-store (or I would have if any stores had stock). Maybe it isn't fully live yet as all stores in the UK are showing as "Unavailable for Pickup" for the Pencil at least.
Just go to the online store and proceed to checkout (with the Pencil in your bag) and then select the pickup option.
Or in the case of actually checking stock of iPad Pro models, there's a link on the buying page.

Good find. It's about time we had in-store pickup here.
However I bet the pickup option for the Pencil and keyboard will be removed soon, as with the US.
