Just came here to add my two cents. My preference would be better sports integration within iOS, not a separate app. I realize there are a lot of folks who could care less about sports - maybe a toggle to turn off results within search.
I love that app. It's perfect for tracking games w/live activities. I wish they had better widgets with more customization though. On page 3 already and nobody’s mentioned the Sports Alert app. It’s SO much better in every way.
It has Dynamic Island support for games, You can even long press on a game and "follow" it. Are there notifications for games in the Apple app? It looks as though it just pulled any "Sports" info I had saved in the TV App and dumped it in. Was really hoping for something better and a little more robust than what looks like someone built really fast for Eddy Cue.
Yeah, it does seem a little useless especially if there's little to no other customizations other than choosing your favorite teams/leaguesDownloaded it, deleted it. What a useless barebones app (certainly for Premier League) with a horrible UI/UX
I’ll stick to FotMob for now
Yup, such a STRANGE oversight if you ask meSo no way to customize in Settings because it’s not there. Notifications? None. This is beyond basic.
reading is hard"Additional leagues, including MLB, NFL, NCAAF, NWSL, and WNBA, will become available in the app over time."
You know, they have so few employees that everyone is spread very thin.It looks half assed. Like something someone worked on in their spare time.
I suspect it’s because neither league is playing right now. But maybe I’m giving them too much credit. I also don’t see tennis or any form of motorsport. As I posted earlier, the app just looks unfinished.I’m in Canada. No NFL or CFL listing. Weird.
How the heck did it launch with the inability to swipe left and right to toggle between "yesterday", "today", and "upcoming"?How did this launch without Apple Watch integration?
[nvm on sports betting, one has to go find the settings elsewhere to turn it off, happy you can!]
