SSD BTO changes the shipping data to 4-6 weeks. And it's a 500 euros upgrade, that is quite a pile of money. I wonder whether I should add SSD later.

Please Apple, give us a 24-inch option too.

Don't know the reason for Apple to discontinue the 24-inch imac and Cinema Displays. I have a refurbished 24-inch LED Cinema Display I bought from the Apple Store last year and I couldn't be happier. It is not huge, but it is not small either. People ask me all the time if my monitor is a 27-inch. The screen looks fairly large. You have to seat it next to a 27-inch display to see that it is actually smaller. It is just perfect for my desktop.

Damn...was really, really hoping for the new z68 chipset and on-board 20 gig SSD to speed up the mechanical drive. Guess I was hoping for too much....

I like how at each refresh, there are people saying that the refresh is poor no matter what.

The 21.5" is getting quad-core even on low-end with option for an i7
The whole line has 6000 Series GPU
2 GB of VRAM as an option for the high-end 27"
2 (!) Thunderbolt ports for the high end 27" (triple screen possible ?!)
FaceTime HD camera

All in all, the update is pretty good. Sure, 8 GB and 2 TB standard would have been better in the high-end 27" but it still is pretty good IMO.

Looks like I'll be hanging on to my current set up for another year...I do like the dual Thunderbolt ports though.

A tidier desktop.

iMac comes with a wireless keyboard and either a Magic Mouse or a Magic Trackpad — your choice.

We got a choice now! No more Magic Mouse collecting dust!

500GB hard drive is weak. There is a like $15 difference between 500GB and 1TB drives when you buy your own, and iMac hard drives upgrades are tricky.

Great refresh. The only issue I have is the paltry 4GB of RAM across all models, with Apple still charging an additional $200 to go to 8GB.
