Help a college student
I'm currently about to take a year off from college due to an accident that happened last year. I am being forced to go through neuropsych therapy for a year by my psychotherapist because of the minor brain damage I suffered and, in the mean time, I want to enroll in distance education courses from UT Austin, so this year that I'm being forced out of registering for classes because of holds on my student account to add and drop courses, as well as access e-mail. A MacBook Pro would help me out a lot, and my funds are really being tortured through all of this. So, if anyone could help me out with a promo code, please e-mail it to
pboutt3@lsu.edu. Basically, I was hit by a car, while crossing the street, with six other people. I cracked my skull open, minor brain damage, my brain swellwed, I tore my ACL/PCL and my peroneal nerve in my left knee was torn and that caused my left foot to be partially paralyzed to where i can't lift it up or down and neither my toes except for my big toe, and muscle damage in my right leg. So, I, literally, have scars for miles. My friend died on impact, too.
This is the link to an article from my school's newspaper about my accident:

One University student was killed and another was left in critical condition early Saturday morning after they were struck by a vehicle at the corner of Nicholson and East Boyd Drives.
Cpl. Ljean McKneely, a spokesperson for the Baton Rouge Police Department, said 20-year-old Dustin Clemons, a mass communication sophomore, died at the scene of the accident as a result of injuries he sustained from the vehicle's impact.
Patrick Boutte, a philosophy freshman, was rushed to Our Lady of the Lake Hospital. He suffered two broken legs and one broken rib from the accident and remains in critical condition.
Kevin Brown, a close friend of Clemons and Boutte, said he received a
different report on Boutte's condition from doctors at Our Lady of the Lake
Hospital.
Brown said while Boutte suffered no broken bones, he did sustain torn
ligaments in his left knee and damage to the muscle tissue in his right leg.
Brown also said Boutte also had minor damage to his brain, but that Boutte's
doctors remain optimistic about his recovery.
McKneely said the accident occurred at approximately 2:15 a.m. when Clemons, Boutte and about five of their friends crossed Nicholson after leaving the Tigerland area.
McKneely said the driver of the vehicle was not given a ticket or charged for the accident because the investigating officer determined the driver had the right of way.
The investigating officer also found that the driver was not under the influence of alcohol or speeding at the time of the accident.
Because there is no crosswalk at the intersection, McKneely said, pedestrians should yield to oncoming traffic.
McKneely said the driver's name could not be released because he was not charged in the accident.
A memorial service for Clemons will be held at 7 p.m. Monday at Rabenhorst Funeral Home in Baton Rouge, located at 11000 Florida Blvd.
Visitation will take place at Rabenhorst Funeral Home from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday and again on Monday from 2 p.m. until 7 p.m. when the memorial starts.
A promotional code would help me greatly, seeing as how, prior to the accident, I had no insurance and my medical bills accumulated then were over $64,000 which includes all the physical therapy. And I'm having to also pay for regular therapy visits to my psychiatrist and my on-going neuropsych therapy for the year, as well as the one semester of college I was able to squeeze in before having to take the year off from Fall 2006 and going back to college Fall 2007. So, financially, I'm struggling deeply and I wish and hope someone out there could help me out with a promotional code that may help me with this purchase since I've invested $5,126.00 in courses, for over a 9-month period, in order for me to still try to reach my original, projected graduation date, since I lost two semester of college due to all of this. So, if anyone out there has a code that they don't intend to use because they don't need it, I beg of you to offer it to me in order to make my finances even for just a small percentage of them to be less stressed. I'm just a guy that's trying to maintain that goal of getting that degree, despite all of the misfortune I've been dealt with to do as best as I possibly can. I don't want to come off as a charity case, but a promotional code for use in order to lower the cost of a MacBook Pro in order to try to continue with my education with a machine that would help so much is what I'm begging of at least a person that doesn't need to use their promo code in order to put it to good use.

Thank you very much if you read all of this and if you can help me I intend to give my genuine thanks to you in return because you'd be helping out someone that really needs the promotional code. Thank you.
