Apple TV shipped in the uk yet?

Just phoned TNT for an update for what is happening
AppleTV is still in Arnhem hub as of 5 mins ago. I know the estimated delivery date set by Apple was the 4th but seriously, why does TNT not want to deliver any second before. They are holding the goods at the Arnhem hub for 24 hours. Surely they have had flights to the UK since yesterday! Hong Kong wait 48 hours. In that time, I could have gone from the UK and picked it up. They seem to just be slow with no get up and go to deliver anything as quick as they can!

I hope that my iMac doesn't ship with them, else it will be christmas :(

shame we don't have away to make our feeling known to Apple... it would be good to be able to select who our purchases are shipped with.

Yes, well I am going to phone Apple to try and get a different courier for my iMac. TNT are just useless

Then I realise you guys have been stuck in Arnhem for the last day, I hope mine doesn't stay there for another day whilst yours take a nice trip to the UK. This is very annoying.

I hope my Apple TV is enjoying its rest in Holland; I wouldn't want it to arrive all tired after that long airplane ride from Hong Kong.
 
Its got nothing to do with tnt... Its all apple's processing which is slow. My macbook pro which shipped one day before my apple tv is coming on monday as well by UPS...

I got that email before it shipped.. If this is an upgraded delivery, i would hate to think was standard delivery was like...

Not a chance.

The upgrade means not post office. It'll be Monday try and ignore it for the weekend.
 
Hate to say it guys but it might not even be monday...

My macbook pro just changed order status to:

Current Delivery Status Delivery scheduled by final carrier, see estimated delivery date 01*Oct*2010

It coming on monday, so i think we're supposes to see this on our apple tv status the day before

Upgrade delivery = no delivery

So how is an upgrade of September delivery, delivery by 4th October? Judging by a quick scan of these posts, I'm not the only one to be waiting. Monday the 4th is really inconvenient too WTF. Good luck all!

ooo... same hub as mine.. mine doesn't say out for delivery.. but then it is heading to my office so unlikely anyone will be in to receive it.

Same prob lol mine being delivered to work, now got the whole weekend thinking about it ! Am like a kid waiting for Xmas day!

Ironically, my house won't have anyone in to sign for a parcel this morning either. Hope TNT will take it to a neighbor for signature.:confused:
