In other news Apple announce Flash on iOS and a free Euromillions winning ticket for all Mac users...

I agree that all would be nice but I can't see it. iPlayer is the most likely it just needs a safari portal but the others are all Flash based or in the case of Sky I think locked into an exclusivity deal on 360 (not sure but I think I read it somewhere). Apologies for the rampant sarcasm on the first paragraph :)

Edwin

LOL..

It's just internet streaming, Xbox have had it for a good year or so now, and I can't find anything online relating to a contract. But Microsoft have Zune on the 360, and they still have Sky Player, so I don't see Apple not doing it :p

Mine's been in northampton since friday....called tnt to ask where it is, they sayit should arrive tomorrow between 8am-6pm. So if it does it took 8 whole days to come from China.

Well blow me, its just turned up. And amazingly, the first thing I thought, even after reading so many statements like it was "that's small."

Had to turn on Home Sharing in iTunes for it to work, but why does it not let me access My Movies, My Music etc from the top level? I now have to go to Computers, then select the shared library, then navigate through the playlist view.

Am I missing something? I thought the top-level menu would be supplemented with these items from your library?

Mine STILL hasn't reached the UK from Arnhem. It left on Friday night! Just spoken to someone from TNT, who seemed like an honest chap, and he says it's unlikely to arrive tomorrow now! GRRR.

I have only ordered two things from Apple (Apple TV and Macbook Pro) and this exact scenario has happened both times, both with TNT. :(

Donny.

The day it says it's in the northampton hub.. It'll arrive the following business day :)

Mine has FINALLY turned up in Northampton, now it needs to work it's way to South Wales, c'mon you bloody thing, turn up tomorrow.

You always manage to cheer me up!

I just checked too and it's in Northampton sat next to yours, hopefully theyll say goodbye to each other, yours heading towards south Wales and mine to Essex!

Just spoke to a somewhat more helpful lady at TNT and she does seem to genuinely think that it will come tomorrow. She says it will probably arrive at Northampton some time soon (which is consistent with what you guys are saying) and then will be taken to my local depot in Basildon overnight.

The last few posts have given me some hope, providing that mine is indeed in the same batch as yours. This is a question to anyone who's just had these scanned at Nottingham...when was your scanned at Arnhem?

Nooooooo

I can't really be sure, but I suspect you have shipment delayed because they have gathered from the tracking that it was not delivered on the scheduled day, today.

To really find out what is hapenning, you need to enter your consignment number on the TNT website and see what your current status is. In all likely, it will claim to be in transit from Arnhem Hub, NL since Friday or will have just arrived in Northampton.

What time did it leave Arnhem on Friday night (presuming it did leave then!)?

04 Oct 2010* 18:58:05* Northampton Hub* Shipment In Transit.*
01 Oct 2010* 15:12:41* Arnhem Hub* Shipment In Transit.*
30 Sep 2010* 09:00:15* Hong Kong* Shipment In Transit.*

3 days to go what? 600 miles or so?

Yeah - I did that and got "There is a problem. Please call us on...."

wish me luck! :(

 I'm having a party now in my house! Drinks for all :D

@Rooey - You need to use the American site since the website shows nothing on Intl. shipments. The phone line is usually good though, the operators are helpful in my experience.

mine got there at 19:02. Good to see I've managed make a few people happy and I hope everybody else's turns up soon.

PARTY GOIN ONNNN With my Apple TV ;)

Hmm

What worries me is that there's no details on TNT's site other than an exclamation mark :s
