Ah, a fellow Essex native! I love Upminster, perfect place for an Apple themed party
After all this, I bet I'll miss them tomorrow.

That means you've got the wrong number xD
So I phoned TNT at 6pm to find out where the hell myTV was.
"The driver tried to deliver it earlier but could not find your house", was their response.
Brilliant. My house is not on any Sat Nav so instead of reading road signs the driver just decided it didn't exist.
Well they said they could re-deliver it tomorrow (no chance) or I could pick it up at the Depot (You bet your ass) any time after 8.30am.
Only a few hours to go until I finally get my hands on this thing.
It better be worth the wait.
Mine was delivered today at 9:30 in Colchester, I'd imagine those still waiting wil receive theirs tomorrow.
It's great for what it is, and for me it is primarily a music streamer (at £30 more expensive than the Airport Express).
Streaming video from the iPad is surprisingly high quality.

How are you streaming from the iPad?
Probably has the 4.2 beta...
Mine landed in Leeds this morning and its on its way to me as i write this...
anyone know what the minimum required braodband speed is ? my wireless connection is only around 2mb. will this be good enough to stream video from my imac to apple tv?
I'm not at home now, so can't check this still works on ATV2, but if you right click on a movie/tv show in iTunes, select 'Get Info' then go to the 'Video' tab you can enter whatever text you wish the selected movies/tv shows to be grouped under. The other issue is the sorting of TV shows isn't nested like the older model, and I cannot seem to work how if it's possible to do that.
Don't count your chickens. This is mine as of this morning04 Oct 2010 ** 20:04:19 ** Northampton Hub ** Shipment In Transit.
01 Oct 2010 ** 19:15:47 ** Arnhem Hub ** Shipment In Transit.
30 Sep 2010 ** 09:00:19 ** Hong Kong ** Shipment In Transit.
Woop Woop
Mine has finally landed in Northampton. Just really glad to see the back of bloody Arnhem Hub. Hopefully, they will pull their finger out and get this to me by tomorrow...
Donny.
Your broadband speed is irrelevant for streaming from your imac. It is all on your internal network.
thanks for that keith. so should i just presume my internal network will handle it?
also, will 2mb bbrand speed be good enough for renting straight to apple tv?
