I bought the midnight ocean yesterday. I’m like you, I don’t wear anything really that would go with the yellow but I still would like to have it…

The yellow is surprisingly nice… can’t wait to go diving with it!

Has anyone ordered the blue/gray trail loop apple watch ultra? it still says it won't come till the end of October but if you order now it has an earlier ship date.

I ordered that one. Still saying October 20-27. I'm hoping it will come sooner or maybe there will be inventory at my local Apple stores. Currently none of them have any Ultras available. But for some reason the Trail Loop seems to be impossible to get anytime soon.

Yea mine says the same date but I found an ocean band ultra at best buy for pickup this week. I ordered it and will cancel my apple order if I see no change with the ship dates.

Call me anal, but I think that there is a mistake in the Wayfinder watch face for AWU. Note that in my picture, longitude shows '-81.54327 W', but because W is used, longitude should be either 81.54327 W or just -81.54327.

I know I’m probably in the minority here but did anyone else order a S8 Graphite SS watch? My original delivery dates were Sept 23-30th and we’re about to pass that.

I am in a similar boat. My Aluminum silver S8 has been "preparing for shipment" for a week now. I just looked and I can pick one up today at the Apple store. I am very tempted to just do that and return the other one.

I did finally get my S8 SS in the mail yesterday. My wife ordered an Aluminum and got hers way before mine. I'm assuming Apple thinks that if you're gonna spend $800 on a watch you're probably gonna buy a Ultra and not a SS so they weren't prioritizing them haha

Finally got mine ordered today:

Apple Watch Ultra with gray/blue trail loop, being delivered outside Kansas City, KS between October 19-26th.

Can’t wait!

I’ll be in Chicago this week so I will be keeping an eye on the stores and cancel the order if I can grab one early!

Just got charged for AWU w/ s/m blue trail loop. No delivery date change in Apple Store or tracking # in UPS app. Original delivery was 10/20. Later bumped up to 10/14. I also have an order at BB for (supposedly) 10/7. I‘ll cancel/return whichever ships last…unless Target gets them this week. Then I’ll cancel both.

Update: delivery date changed to 10/7-10/10. Status changed to “Preparing to ship.” Still no tracking # in UPS app.

Keeping the Apple Watch Ultra for daily use. The 2000 nits brightness, new re-design, and 3-5 days of battery life on a single charge are enough to keep the Apple Watch Ultra. The Hermes Apple Watch is cool but it's the Apple Watch Ultra where it's at this year.

Oh ok yeah I see a lot of people going for the Ultra over the regular series 8. I myself will be getting the Ultra as well because I liked the redesign as well And the extre battery life is great as well.
