Apple Watch 4 - Missing complications in either Infograph or Modular watch face?? [MERGED]

I also noticed that on the Infograph face they took away the color settings for the complications. Plain white now. Only the watch itself can be changed. Am I missing something?
 
Are you talking about the array of colors you can choose from on Infograph?
