I think this is area specific. Mine is live but I can't choose a window. I've been able to on previous deliveries but I'm in a more remote area now and I think DPD are like "We'll get to you when we get to you"
For anyone in any country worried that nothing is moving fast enough for delivery tomorrow, if it's saying it will arrive tomorrow then it's pretty certain it will. On previous Apple orders I didn't receive shipping confirmation until 9pm the day before and it arrived the next day. Don't panic just because other people's orders are moving through the system and they're getting notifications.
I’m picking up at 1:30 from an Apple Store tomorrow and my account was charged yesterday
Mine changed to preparing to ship yesterday, and the delivery date changed to 3-5 business days

My launch day delivery watch showed up as “Shipped” on the 11th and moved to Shanghai.
Now, it hasn’t moved for four days. It’s still in Shanghai.

Mine (also in-store pickup tomorrow) still processing, saying "come tomorrow" but not "ready to pick up". I guess that would change early in the morning once the Apple Store scans all products. They will probably update the stock too and some watches may appear suddenly for in-store pick up.
Yes, I’m due to collect tomorrow morning. My credit card payment is showing as pending and store app processing. I reckon after their stores close tonight and before they open we’ll receive the email to say payment has been taken and goods are ready to collect.
My order is also still preparing to ship since yesterday morning, with nothing in UPS MyChoice, it's like we're stuck in limbo, we have no idea where our watches are, the worry is starting to set in, especially because Apple is still telling me it delivers tomorrow.

I used PayPal (Hope this was not a bad decision) and PayPal says it is pending and will be charged when Apple Kiosk Store completes the order.

If they changed it to “ready for pickup” they’d be besieged.
Part of me is doubting UPS will be able to deliver my AW tomorrow. It's in Kentucky now, but still has to make its way over the border into Canada, then my local delivery facility in Concord before the truck goes out tomorrow morning.
Seems like a lot of events still need to happen on the tracking between now and delivery.

no, but the text has changed when I go into order! It was that my order WILL be available to pick up tomorrow, it didn’t say that before. My watch must’ve arrived so they’re sure it will be ready
I reckon Apple have done this once or twice before and all will be well.
My watch was in Pennsylvania the whole time. Just shipping now for tomorrow.
I’m reasonably certain it has stated all along that it will be ready to pick up.
My iPhone 13 Pro was "ready for pickup" on Wednesday of the release week. I got an email and my account showed as such. Of course I couldn't actually pick it up early.
