Figures we on 10/26-28 or 27-29 go to preparing to ship and now cannot cancel. All the aluminum models including my choice are available to day to pick up from Best Buy here where I live. Now cannot cancel my order and would have to deal with sending back and all the hassle. Of course it will ship this weekend and arrive next week probably and then I will have to tell UPS to hold if my wife cannot be home as I will be unavailable last half of next week. Hoping it actually does not arrive next week but just the dates they originally said now. I think the rumor they wanted us to not cancel but put us on preparing is holding true LOL

Boy got my first ever Apple watch today in a Aluminum 41'' Starlight and think it's too small even though I have small wrists. How easy will it be for me to send back and get a refund and order a 45'' possibly from Best Buy if I can get one quicker?

Hopefully the longer bands won't be too big for me.

Also not entirely sure I like the Starlight maybe might like something darker although have no idea what.

Sing ye praises! Just received notification that Saturday delivery has been requested, so our watches, which were delayed in Shanghai and got to Anchorage in the wee hours of the morning, will be at our doorstep tomorrow. At the moment, they’re enjoying Louisville, taking in the Louisville Slugger Museum and the home of Kentucky Fried Chicken. Soon they‘ll be off again, probably headed for Windsor Locks, CT. I wonder what the in-flight movie will be?

My order from Hermes.com finally flipped to "Shipping order" just now, and I paid extra for FedEx 2-day, so hopefully I have it by Tuesday or Wednesday. Apple order is still on Processing with Nov 16-23, so looks like that one will be cancelled when the Hermes.com order arrives. Whew!

Alright something really screwing is going on with the UPS truck. It has been stuck 2 miles from my house for over an hour now. It was supposed to be delivered an hour ago. This is apparently the second time it has gotten "stuck."

I have a running joke with my UPS driver when his location doesn't move for a while that I know he stops in the retirement community across the street for milk and cookies....

So I returned my watch since it came damaged; the guy told me i would have "priority stock" as a replacement unit. Does apple usually reserve stock for these kind of situations? I had to return watch first, and once they receive, they replace it with express delivery on a new one. The wait times are long if I purchase it normally

Should be pretty easy. Go for it if you can get what you want from BB and get it sooner instead of later. 👍
