It’s here! The size difference is fantastic, even on the 41mm. Glad I went for the upgrade now. Love the Starlight.

Ordered my first Apple Watch yesterday. Swore off watches when I retired in 2008 but finally broke down and joined the AW club. Five to six weeks to ship so have quite a wait!!

Who knows with Covid, but Apple usually under promises and over delivers when it comes to shipping. Fingers crossed.
Do these have the reflective fibers like the old Nike sport loops? I don’t see it mentioned in the description
27th-29th delivery but got Apple dispatch email this morning and my watch is showing as picked up in the DHL app.

Woke up to a massage from Apple that my watch in the Oct 26-28 group has shipped.
Just received my 41mm starlight with starlight band. I was a bit unsure at first but the more I look at it the more I like it and the screen size is now just unreal. Coming from an SE so this feels like a nice upgrade for me! Also love it with the dark Cherry leather loop.

I was just on the Apple site and noticed that most of the watches have already slipped into early December. I am rather surprised by that this quickly. Demand for the larger screen is strong.
It does look great. Unfortunately, the braided loop stretches over time.
This is the first Apple branded braided loop I’ve had, I bought some generic ones off the web when the stores were closed last year. Will be interested to see how it holds up.

Coming from the 44mm Series 4, I can still really notice the bigger display and I love it.
Also absolutely love the Starlight colour. Gives you a very subtle gold and silver depending on the lightning.
Just need some nice new bands now.
