Congrats!!!

Mine hasn't moved in days, to be honest, it's kinda killed the buzz now.

Funny cause it should still get to me before they promised but after seeing yours and others in the same group move up I was thrilled, now I'm enjoying the Starlight and I'm like 'eh.

I just can't see how some people in same timestamps in China got loaded on and mine with same configuration and original date just got left behind (with a bunch of other folks). The only difference between ours is the band.

Just venting....
Yep killed the buzz and all but convinced me that this kind of hurry up and then wait is not improving my quality of life LOL. And even before the pandemic, and shortages of shipping containers, flights being hard to find so our devices sit for days in China, I found that half the time I was sitting after opening day with dates for my devices (iphones only) delayed 2-4 weeks after opening day, now its getting even worse with our devices sitting for days after they are built. IF this is the new normal for shipping issues for next couple years well I might just bow out of this getting stuff opening day and wait til I can just order from apple directly and get in a couple days from warehouse in US and know the date from UPS is accurate and not subject too all these international delays ;-)

Ahhh, I understand your frustration. I think you were promised a Friday delivery. So, I hope you get your Apple Watch soon. I hope you should see your movement soon as well. Hey, Atleast you can play around with Starlight Apple Watch. Hopefully you will see some sort of a movement tonight.
Ohhhh, I am!!! The only thing that worries me about it is the glass, only one I ever had that wasn't Sapphire was a S0 I had, that thing got scratched up. It always bugged me even though AC+ took care of it for another issue, but with the Sapphire versions I never lost sleep.

As far as styling I just like the Ti look though... oh well. Enjoy yours later today and then when you get your other toy next week. Thanks for a fun thread.

Yeah he is lucky mine is only a starlight replacing my aluminum AW4 and I am still stuck in china. And by the time it gets here I will be out of town, so the net effect is I will be seeing my watch only a day or so before the original promised shipping date of 26 to 28 of October. It might as well wait to next week now as far as my schedule is concerned. I almost did not even replace my aw4 as it has done just fine, now I wonder why I even submitted to the madness LOL again so soon after the wait for our now arrived 13 ProMax ;-)

Currently unavailable. Sick of seeing that for in store pickup. I don't know where some of you are seeing local stock. I see zero within 200 miles of me on anything. And I check several times a day.

Definitely interested in getting the GPS AW7 45mm in starlight. However, Apple's site for my area (I live in Ohio) is showing an estimated delivery date of December 3-December 10. I might have to wait awhile so I can do pickup. I rather trade in my GPS AW6 44mm watch in the store rather than doing it via mail. (I don't trust trade-in mails sometimes) Though I may end up trying Best Buy if they have it in stock — currently all of the AW7 watches are backordered at Best Buy. I'm still enjoying my AW6 but definitely wanting that bigger screen where it shows almost to the edge and better battery charge.

I'm so irritated with Fedx. Hermes shipped my watch on Friday (launch day). I paid $35 extra to have it sent Two Day Air, and it was supposed to be here (Phoenix, AZ) today. Well, on Friday it flew from NJ to Oakland, CA, where it sat for almost 3 days. Last night, it went from Oakland to Memphis, TN! Completely in the wrong direction. It still says arriving on time today, but as of an hour ago, was still in Memphis. Chances are slim that it will show up today.

Unfortunately, packages must go to the hub in Memphis first, regardless of desitnation inthe US. Plus, if you ordered launch day, the extra shipping fee is worthless, all launch with the same service.

Honestly when its on your wrist I barely notice a diff between my official apple one and this one. The lugs are plastic instead of metal is the only difference I can tell.. and the apple one is more durable if you force stretch it out. Normal day to day use it seems like both will stretch out over time but you're paying $100 for one and like $12 for the other.
I bought the same brand band in blue. The quality seemed good on first impression. Unfortunately, their sizing was off (or mine was). I measure my wrist at 6.5"/165mm or just under, depending on how tight I pull the measuring tape. That should have been a #7, but I'm exchanging it for a #5 arriving today.
I'm simply gutted with no Mac Mini announcement.🥺😩 Oh well, looks like I'll not be ordering with this event. However... as soon as they announce the new MM, I'll be all over it🤩😍
I was hoping for a Mini announcement too, even though I'm not really in the market for one. I have a 2018 MacMini 6-core i7 that does just fine. They may just be prioritizing laptops while their chip production is constrained. If so, we could see a low-key Mini announcement as soon as next spring.

The Cincinnati Apple Store has the 45mm Blue Aluminum Case with Blue Abyss Sport Band GPS+Cellular in stock for pickup today. There are probably others, but that was the first one I checked. (It's also the same one I got last week.) I tried a couple other band choices on the same Watch model, and those were not available. So it's definitely band dependent.

Arg!!! Its just sitting at my local UPS CC. They claim its going to be delivered today but its not on a truck and its 11:15am. I said I would just pick it up but they won't let me. I thought I have seen so many people just pickup in morning instead of having it delivered. UPS told me no way bro. Take a seat in the back and we will call your number when we are ready sir! :(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:( not enough sad emojis to convey my feelings. do these monsters understand what they hold?!?!?!

I get that, but why did it go from New Jersey, all the way across the country to California, one state away from me, to sit for almost 3 days, then backtrack to Memphis on the scheduled delivery date? Doesn't make sense.

And this was an order directly from Hermes.com, not apple....I paid $35 to upgrade from FedEx Ground to 2 Day Air.

My order isn’t due until the 27th from Apple’s estimates. But it shipped on Saturday via DHL so I was hoping that I would receive it this week. Haven’t had an update from DHL since it was picked up and because they don’t update the parcel during the transit I won’t know if it is still in China or if it’s on a flight. I had my email in for the confirmation 2 minutes after pre orders went live.

I don't even know what to say? How can they mess up so bad? Stuff like this drives me crazy.

The Apple page for my order also updated today to say 27th today, Im struggling to believe it takes 11 days by plane to get here.
