They were probably not expecting high in demand. But this is good. Maybe Apple will also focus on making other things though.

Way more comfortable than the sports band, once you go solo loop you’ll never go back to a sports band.

Make sure you go into a apple store to try it on, their measuring tool is trash.

When I was at the store on launch day, I watched an employee measure the person next to me whom I thought would be maybe a 5, and she said “7!”

So she tries on the 7 and is all focused on the light feeling when I felt compelled to say, “if you can slide a finger between your wrist and the band, you might want to try a bit smaller”

I apologized to the employee for interfering, but the two of them seemed fine with it like a bangle bracelet because that’s what the measure tape said.

She left with a 5.

With you. I had a serious rethink about why I was upgrading. Love my 5 SS so much but it is heavy on my small wrist. So, I cancelled my Ti and got this wondrous piece of goodness. Light as a feather…perfect for everyday. The SS remains for dress up. Oh…and the green actually looks really black except under bright light…which is perfect!

The green Alu is a beautiful dark shade of green! Looks great and goes with several different bands. Plus as you said, nice and light and complements your dressier SS 👍🏼

Yikes! That doesn't look good. I'm assuming it turns color due to sweat? Kinda like a white t shirt after awhile? wonder if it can be washed out?

Some people say it happens because sun’s UV rays damage the plastic and it won’t get any better after machine wash. But I haven’t seen any definite answers, so I guess time will tell.

That's the worst!!!! Rule of thumb. Never leave the house on delivery day. Even if that means a few stains on the carpet from the dog. 🦴🐶

I’ve really gone off Apple leather, feels they’ve gone down the cheap route now. The colour is just a coating and mines already coming off after a year.

Till Sunday when I am back she’s not a techie like us. ;-). Has to be delivered says leaving authorization that Apple chose. She doesn’t drive but hopefully they follow instructions and leave at front door and put inside the storm door but who knows
