Just cancelled my order. Delivery was estimated for early Dec. In the meantime, picked up a Garmin Enduro Titanium. Feels lighter on the wrist than my Apple 4, which I will use for the sleep app, Auto Sleep, which is quite good.

Gonna wait for the 8, hoping for better battery life, and maybe some new features. Will only use the 4 at night.

The Garmin boasts up to 300 hours, and it’s solar powered. Why can’t Apple do this? Thought they had filed a patent years ago to use integrated bands. Had hoped they might add solar via that route. Maybe in the future.

So she tries on the 7 and is all focused on the light feeling when I felt compelled to say, “if you can slide a finger between your wrist and the band, you might want to try a bit smaller”

Their measuring tools are garbage, these new watch sizes aren't making it easy either. 🤦‍♂️

Normally a size 8 is perfect for me, put on my new watch with a size 8 solo loop band, can easily fit my finger in there. 🤦‍♂️ Getting it replaced for a size 7. 🤔

This was the leather case for an iPhone. I don’t know about Apples band leather since I’ve never had one. It’s possible, but someone would need to test it

Mine doesn't have that information. I just paid 7.99 to have it taken to the UPS center rather than wait until tomorrow and possibly miss it again. I hate UPS! I have an appointment at 7:30 so will probably have to pick it up in the morning if it is not available there soon.

Weird wonder why mine does. Still all around us but not at house yet. Business and fancy expensive neighborhoods first. Oh well. My wife is going to stay home rather than be gone so she will be there when it finally arrives

Apple wasn't willing at first to change the watch band, they wanted the watch back as well lol, after going back and forward with them, they agreed it's a stupid idea to make me wait 5 weeks for a new watch, replacement watch band incoming. 😅
