UGH that sucks so bad!! I can’t believe it’s still stuck there. Wonder what’s going on & if anyone else’s package is stuck in Memphis. Seems excessive for it to be there that long, while other’s are being cleared. Here’s hoping you get it this weekend
A similar thing here in the UK. My Apple Watch order with original delivery date 29/11-6/12 has just been marked 'preparing to ship'. Could it be coming early? Anyone else seeing this improvement?On the Apple Store page, it says my order is "being prepared for shipment". I can no longer click on "cancel item". I guess it's coming my way? Yippee! The original delivery date is 11/22- 11/29. So it is sooner than expected.

Is it normal that my order that was placed last week shows 3-13 December, while new orders on the product page show 1-8 December? Am I better off placing another order or will Apple go with mine first and update the delivery date accordingly?

My order was placed on Oct 15 (natural Ti 45mm w/sport loop) and have a Dec 1-8 delivery window (US)
Finally Apple Watch Series 7 Midnight with abyss blue/green sports loop at home. Screen is really big compare to older models
Making my first post to say I think my watch is with yours. Mine has been stuck in Memphis for over a week and was supposed to be delivered on the 1st (Monday). Oddly, my husband’s watch shipped the same day, but with UPS and his arrived on Monday with no issues. Fedex gave me the same story about incomplete paperwork (the rep blamed Apple) and they had no idea when it would be released from customs.Congratulations. The other day my exact watch configuration showed up at my local Apple Store, so I gave up and did in store pickup. Called Apple to ask them to reroute my watch back to them since I may not be here to receive it when and if it finally shakes loose from Memphis. The rep agreed and was sympathetic, but I still haven’t seen my credit since the watch is still stuck. Frustrating!
I had mine scheduled for end of November/early December and when I checked it was now available at DIX/30 (I'm in Quebec too!). For $13 I get it by courier today, and that basically is a fee I am willing to pay to save me the time, gas, and trouble of driving 30KM to the store. I cancelled my other order since I figure with me paying a fee, Apple will make sure I get this one well before the other one.

Just a quick update about this. Not wanting to wait another month for my replacement, I checked the past couple of days at my apple stores nearby if they had a model and finally found one nearby at a store. Was able to just order it and will pick it up when I could.
From this whole experience, I am not sure if trying to order online for the most recent Apple shortages is really the best way to go. For the hard to find items, I feel like the stores will get some in stock and that is the best bet. I feel like with online, just even the fact that it's getting shipped to you, can leave room for any crap from UPS losing the device, to having it get stolen from your front door, to looong wait times, I just feel like picking it up now is the safest bet for these kinds of things now.
Here's to me finally having my watch I tried to get from 1st minute of preorder to hopefully by tomorrow. lol 😅
It really does suck bad. I had a chat session with an Apple specialist. He thought the tracking history looked rather suspicious. He opened an investigation with the carrier. He asked me I wanted a refund or a replacement if the item was lost. He could not provide a replacement date but said that it would have high priority. After going back and forth with him I finally got him to reveal that it would be some time next year. I opted for the refund if the item could not be found. I am a bit puzzled why I can go to local Best Buy and get one, with a different band and they have availability dates on the items out of stock but Apple can not provide any availability on their products. Someone please explain this to me.Thanks!

GEEZ! I would have opted for the refund too. No sense in waiting for a replacement when you can find one from another retailer. It’s really interesting to me that Apple Watch availability from Apple is still delivering months out. Makes me think they can’t handle demand of their own products. Were you able to snag one from Best Buy?
I did opt of the refund. but they have to investigate and find that it was lost. I just found this on Reddit. There appears to be a bulk order stuck in customs in Memphis.
