So frustrating being locked into the sport band with the blue 45. By 8:10 I just went with the capri blue sport band. I was going to get the band my mom wanted (she is taking my old watch) but could not get a match. So I ordered a separate band for her. I wanted a solo loop or braided. (In store pickup was only option for 15th)

I just got an email from Apple telling me how to redeem the $100 carrier cashback on my order.
I already have a watch band on my T-Mobile account, I wonder if this applies for my new watch order?
Cancelled my first order and reordered this as it’s the band I prefer.
Well the starlight is not in demand. Just ordered it now with a Oct 15 delivery date.
I tried several SS/S options ASAP and none were available for in-store pickup at my local stores (Basingstoke, Reading, Southampton)
I was going back and forth with Hermes SB noir single and SS graphite with sequoia leather combo. Went with graphite SS this time around. So I decided in two mins that I would go with the redesign Apple Watch Hermes next time ! 😂 smh @ Apple.
I finished ordering at 8:02 and my SS Silver watch is arriving Oct. 18-20. Hopefully they'll bump me up to launch day.
My issue was that every band I picked made the watch 'unavailable' so I thought Ti watches where delayed...
It took a while to find a band that was available.
Looks like the band options included bands that the Apple Store no longer sells. ie. Inverness Green Braided Loop.
This seems like an Apple thing, they shouldn't have listed band colors that aren't available.
ie. even now 6 1/2 hours later you can get a Ti for Nov 2-9 delivery. Definitely launch day inventory constrained...but not production constrained.

So, I was pretty quick with my order this morning by I ended up with 10/26-10/28. Wondering if it was my choice of the Nike that resulted in the delayed delivery? Did anyone get a release day delivery for a Nike version? (Mine, specifically, is a Nike Series 7 GPS + Cellular, 45mm Midnight Aluminum with Midnight Navy/Mystic Navy Nike Sport Band.)

Yea, I got screwed the same way. What's unfortunate is no one knew what the configs were going to look like before the store launched, so you kind of either got lucky in selecting a band that was in stock/no one else really went for, and if you didn't then you likely had to try again and didn't get a launch day watch.

Thanks, I had a momentary no signal (thanks EE), hence i was a minute late.
Having sold the AW6, I dont want to wait a month without, tempted to consider a nike (they're still showing available to collect next friday). Which if I cancel my titanium order would be less money for Apple of course, hence I assume they had a production issue. Decisions decisions, 10-17nov is a long way away
Yeah, but in a month or two, you won't even remember the delay. Get what you want, don't settle.

I like that combo too, I wanted the leather band but with the gold SS it was not available till mid to late November so just went with the sports band dark cherry but still not available till Nov 1st or later.Thanks.

A black band against the midnight watch makes it look so blue. Tempted to cancel my midnight watch order and pickup a graphite SS with Milanese band from my "local" store. I was really set on getting the dark cherry braided loop though...Cancelled my first order and reordered this as it’s the band I prefer.
