Ordered that nightstand, $29 with shipping/tax, seemed too good to pass up.

Also like that it'll be able to take advantage of sideways alarm clock function with new OS this fall.

There is no holder for the charge cable but it does slip under the slot just fine.. The pic I posted has both watch and phone charging.

Sure, but then I need to manage the cable EVERY time I want to put my iPhone in the stand to charge it. I can't just put it there with one hand, I need to plug the cable in "manually" every time.

The Night Stand by ElevationLab comes to mind.

Sorry, is it just me or does the stand not look like it was made by Fisher-Price? (maker of plastic toys for toddlers / young children, for those that aren't familiar with them).

I ordered this Poetic stand yesterday. It's $19.95 + $4.95 shipping. It's not in stock though until June 30th so I'll have to wait to see how good it is. I have tried out other Poetic products before and I have not been disappointed. All have been good quality. They have the stand in gold, silver, and space grey. I ordered the space grey. Another plus is that it looks like it can be used with the watch mounted sideways for when watchOS 2 adds the alarm clock function.

Got my MoKo stand Today. It looks great! It's a little light, so you may want to put something heavy on the base, or get some suction tape.

Other than that I think it's awesome and will work for either orientation.

Beats laying it on a microfibre cloth .

Got my Griffin WatchStand today.
Hello from Australia. For an extra $7 shipping with UPS (7-14 days from USA, no tracking) I didn't expect it to come today. Another week at least so pretty proud of that.
Took me at least 3 attempts for it to all get together, and here's a picture, excuse my bedside table, it needs a bit of a clean.

I know it isn't the best looking stand compared to all the awesome stuff everyone is making, but. My kids made this for me. They are 8 and 3 and they decided what kind of "stand" I needed. With a little bit of help from their Dad, they made me a Watch Charging Chest where I can store my bands under where the Watch is docked. There's still some painting to do but this is what it looks like as of now and I LOVE it!

This is awesome! Dad and kids definitely deserve some brownie points(or a tray of actual brownies), for this.

This is perhaps the best stand for using the watch in landscape it seems. And cheap too. This and the Spigen seem to be really great values. And looks good to boot. How's the quality of the materials?

Does anyone have a code for the Nomad Pod? I'm going on a trip for July 4th and would love to get this before I leave since I'm leaving right after I get my last chemo treatment of the month. I'll appreciate it tons!

The quality is good for the price. Matches my iMac base pretty well. I actually prefer the angle of this base to that of the evolution stand, the watch definitely won't fall off accidentally, the angle isn't as steep.

Good value for the price, while it's on sale.

That being said, it won't work with closed loop bands like the link, because it's closed from front to back. I suppose you could eject the adapter and reinsert each time, but that may be a hassle. I only have sport, and leather bands, so it works for me, I dont even bother clasping it, I just lay it on.

I think it's not shipping until July.

It does look very nice though.

Good luck with your treatment.

My Apple Watch won't be with me until next week (Space Black!), but I've got a Twelve South for the bedroom, with another on order for my computer desk.

My wife liked the look of the Twelve South so much that she ordered one for her own Apple Watch.

I also bought a cheapo stand from Amazon, which came today. It was just intended as something to stick it on at work if I need to, but I hated it instantly and am sending it back.

The only other "higher end" Apple Watch stand I had been looking at was the Nomad, but the complete lack of any kind of cushioning or padding or anything really put me off. It looks cool, but I hate the idea of the band touching the all-metal stand. The Twelve South has silicone to protect the Watch and band, and even the fairly cheap Spigen stand has rubberised TPU...

The look and the quality of the Twelve South also led me to buying a Twelve South iPhone dock too.

My SBSS arrived Friday, it is gorgeous! I had ordered two NOMAD on preorder, but due to them not shipping any to those of us that preordered and sending them all to Best Buy, I cancelled. I also was afraid of metal on metal. I went to Simply Mac and bought the Twelve South and like it very much. Bought the iPhone dock also!

How strong is the magnet for the charger? Still awaiting my watches arrival. I'm thinking about just double sided taping the charger to the wall next to my bed. Is it strong enough to hold?

Compared to some (many) of the stands in this thread, these things look amazing. Probably why I ordered the black.
