According to their website, and confirmed via Twitter, delivery of pre-ordered Premium One stands pushed back to mid-September.
I didn't see it on their website but the company is very good at responding so I would email and ask. I have two of the mahogany W3's so some are shipping.

Only a few weeks. It's well worth the wait.
It's on the preorder page. Changed from "shipping late August" to "shipping begins September 14." I tweeted them and they confirmed my preorder was included in that change.

Love my 2 Fuz docks, but not so sure I love the placement of watch on this... Any other thoughts?
Tried it and returned it immediately. I have the duo dock so my iPhone is in front and my iPad is in back, which makes getting to the watch very difficult. Also, there's no support for the bottom of the watch when used in a nightstand mode in watchOS 2.0 coming soon. Fuz is going to redesign the dock to fix that,

I agree, I think this one is the closest one to the Moto 360 one. I would say they are pretty similar given one watch is round and the other square, I think both docks suit their respective watch shapes.
Also I think the price point is one critical factor to why the Moto 360 dock is a dock and not just a stand like this one. For a few quid, I would be quite happy with this stand given that it also has cable management and Apple's charger is magnetic etc - not bothered about it being an actual dock with in-built connector socket.

I agree watch should've been upfront instead of the back. You wouldn't be able to use it on nightstand mode.
Any idea if this is available yet?I believe this is just a concept, so far, no price or release date but it caught my attention

I got mine this weekend. It came with the silicone pad. Don't need it though, as I only have a 42 mm watch. Did you contact them?
No I haven't contacted them. Just seems odd that two of them wouldn't have the pad in the box... Two separate orders - both Amazon.

Are there any official Apple stands? I am tempted to try and find an Edition box to use as a stand!
My pre-ordered Premium One W3 shipped and should arrive tomorrow! I'm ridiculously excited for it. My nightstand is currently an awful mess of cords, and I'm looking forward to getting that all cleaned up.
