Apple Watch/iPhone Bedside Charging Dock

I saw this the other day, not sure if anyone else has posted showing this but I just funded it on IndieGoGo and its pretty neat, so I thought I would share it with you guys:

I think it will compliment anyones Apple Watch purchase nicely!

Whats peoples opinions on it?

(Apologises if this is in the wrong thread)

It's pricey, not MFI certified (from what I heard).

Best thing to aim for is the Griffin dock. Only $29, uses your Apple Watch charger, and even has a stand for your iPhone.

The TwelveSouth is yet another overpriced product of theirs that doesn't accomodate your iPhone.

The Premium One is a nice line of docks on Kickstarter. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/289346553/premium-one-dock-and-charge-apple-watch-and-iphone

But, I'd feel comfortable buying from a manufacturer than a crowdfunding campaign that is usually rife with delays and issues.

Just ordered the NOMAD stand with the $13.19 discount code.

Would have gone with the POD, but I already own a portable USB battery charger for the iPhone and I am certain that will work with the Apple Watch since its charger also uses a USB connector.

I'm just gonna stick mine on the table, these stands are for the obnoxious and ostentatious, I think there's a little bit of that in all of us :D

Been looking around for an apple watch and iphone docking station and just gone for the Nudock one on indiegogo it is a little on the pricey side £106 delivered to the UK.

However it seems to offer a lot of perks to other stands. Additional charging ports, light, and battery pack.

Anybody else going for this option?

Have you considered the power plug and voltage ? I think this is coming from the USA, so are they doing a UK compatible version ?

I was tempted until this occurred to me.

I'll buy the Pod if the 30% coupon comes back but if not I'm going with a cheaper option.

Emailed them to see what they say.

FYI, the Spigen stand is $19.99 on Amazon vs, $24.95 direct, it's not Prime, but the shipping is free (release dates match the Spigen site).

Pre-ordered that stand and a white thin fit case/bumper for the lovely wife :)

lol. These guys just sold you a $90 piece of wood.

It looks like it's just a block of wood, but that block is just one component of their system.

I really like their concept of having different pieces that magnetically snap together based on your needs – I'm just not too keen on how plain each piece looks for the price point. They also need more variety aside from the three they offer.
