I agree...seeing the watch edition box with the built in charger.

It doesnt seem to hard to make the box. Cut a hold in the felt and then fish the USB end through the back of the box and store the slack under the felt watch holder.

Its all talk for now until we see the box.

Maybe this has been addressed (but I didn't see it), but how is the disc of the charger held into these stands? I'd worry that the magnet holds onto the back of the Watch pretty well and would pop out of the stand with the Watch every time you take it off the stand. This would only be a slight inconvenience, but it would definitely get annoying having to pop the disc back into place every time you pick up the watch.

In the case of the HiRise, I'd also think it would pop through out the back of the stand if you pushed it.

How do you feel about the new Mophie Apple Watch Dock? I like the fact it has leather accents that protect the back of the watch. All the other ones seem to have metal on it and can lead to scratches. Another thing is that it seems like the Nomad one will also hit a few of the metal links if you have a link bracelet because the area you rest the face is bigger than the Mophie version. I had ordered a Nomad stand because it looks cool, but am contemplating on jumping ship and switching to the Mophie one simply because of the leather accent protection. How do the rest of you feel about the leather accent protection?

really wish that lamp could swivel (it cant, right?)

seems a waste to keep a light on some stuff when its charging. as it is it would make a pretty good point of purchase display

I don't see a problem with it not swiveling. It can be used as a bedside lamp (most don't swivel)

There are a lot of great stands listed here! However, the only problem I have with buying an expensive 3-n-1 stand is the fact that these products change every year or two and I could be left with an expensive paperweight the next time Apple changes the location of a connector or some other design variable.

This leads me to just a single watch stand solution. The Nomad looks absolutely amazing, but it's somewhat hard to justify the $55-$60 price tag when you can get the Spidgen delivered for $20.

Time and various product launches have taught me to be patient... Around a week after the Watch' launch, we'll see eBay filled with great, cheaper alternatives.

BE PATIENT! ;):D:)

The Mophie is listed at 3.86 ounces, so it must not have any heft to its base. As much as I like that design and the leather accents, there's no way I'm getting a stand without a weighted base.

I tried to use both the watch30 and watch15 and they don't work :(

Actually the fb22 code works for 22% off. Not bad but still like $72 CAD with shipping. Hmmm....

I love that Pod design! That would be awesome to take on vacation. I'm also waiting to see what is announced since nothing will be ready for launch day.

I was headed here to post the nomad offering as well. Ordered one the day they launched. If ordered within 1st 24 hours, 40% off made the decision a no-brainier for me. We'll see.

I'm in the exact same position as you. There is no denying (in my eyes at least) that the Nomad looks the best of all docks. But, my fear is that it will scratch the watch while docking/undocking. Even though the Mophie doesn't look as cool, I might switch since the leather won't be scratching anything. I'd rather have a lesser looking stand with a lesser scratched watch, right?

I suspect there is an internal ridge all the way around. You feed the cable through the hole and the metal disc rests on the ridge preventing it from falling through. It's kind of hard to explain.

I don't like how the watch has to go on the Griffin one sideways if you don't undo the band.

I love the look of the Nomad, HiRise, and Mophie.

I've got the same concerns about the Nomad as amitdoc2b and lupend88, though.

Not sure if anyone else has mentioned this, but the fact that many manufacturers often screw up iPhone cases when they're rushing at the beginning makes me hesitant toward these. I'd rather wait until someone has tried to put a fully functioning  Watch on one of these and charged it a few times.

Absolutely love my twelve south iPhone Hi-Rise, will be grabbing a Hi-Rise when they are available for pre-order. Their customer service is what keeps me with them. Lost the piece to change adapter they sent me one express mail for no charge.
