Mine’s in Incheon also.

Why Incheon? I ordered the express delivery, not the local.

Did we get hijacked by Samsung?

I may be wrong on this but Express Delivery could refer to what happens after the order gets to its US hub. UPS and FEDEX use the spoke and hub set up for airfreight. Incheon KR is a huge airfreight hub with multiple flights per week to Port of Entry Anchorage. The spoke is that one or maybe two flights from Shanghai to Incheon. No direct freighter flights from Shanghai to Anchorage (at least not on UPS). Your order was loaded on an igloo with lots of others in Shanghai and flown to Incheon to be transferred to the flight to Anchorage and then on to the lower 48 probably via Louisville KY UPS monster hub at Muhammad Ali Airport. FEDEX has the same drill but out of Memphis, TN. If you want to go full airplane nerd, a flight tracker will the list the flights of the day beween Shanghai PVG and Incheon ICN. One UPS flight.

Finally got my ups choice working I'm in Canada.
Mine showing in Incheon, KR as well.
I'm tempted to make them delivery it near my work at a ups location but I'm not sure when it would deliver before 1pm lol

How did you get it working, can’t seem to get mine to show up in my choice

I've pre-ordered Apple products through Best Buy twice & have never gotten it on release day. I most recently went through this with the M2 MacBook Air. I was promised a release date delivery, noticed zero movement, & received an email a few days prior to release saying it was "Delayed" w/no justification given.

Hopefully you do receive it on time, but I would check if there's a way to just pick it up in-store on the 23rd instead to avoid any last minute shenanigans.

It will change to "Shipped" status on Thursday early morning. It will happen when Apple Watch arrives to Louisville, Kentucky.

For Verizon orders, I saw this thread on their community question and answer site about an order for the Ultra. The final response from Verizon says:

"There is great anticipation around the new Apple devices, so we understand how anxious you are. When it comes to preorders, communication regarding shipping will come via your email. The soonest the My Verizon would update with the order would be when it ships. Based on the information you provided, the watch will ship this Friday. That is when we would expect you to get tracking information."

They're actually ahead of schedule... Unless it's going to layover in Alaska - I expect them to be in our home cities a day early... and they'll just wait lol

Ended up ordering one just now from Best Buy after my Apple order got pushed back a week (now showing 10/5-10/12 delivery). It’s a Small Alpine Green Loop and says 9/23 delivery but I won’t hold my breath. If I’m lucky enough to get on release day I will just order a 45mm band until I can get the Alpine Loop in my size and cancel my Apple order.

Just check the Apple order status page. My order has been pushed back again: Oct. 5 - Oct 12.

Same here. I contacted Apple support to inquire about the change. I was told that “nothing changed in their system” and the window was always Oct. 5 - Oct. 12. I explained that I had been watching the status on the order page and that I have a confirmation email showing an earlier delivery window. The agent essentially told me I was lying and suggested that I was just tying to work the system to get my new watch earlier. It was very weird and unlike previous experiences with Apple support. But I guess I feel better knowing it isn’t just me. Not great, but better.

Nothing for me from Tmo either. I did get my iPhone 14 Pro on launch day, tho. Still says estimated to ship 9/22, as well. 🤞
