They must have allocated like two of these for the first round of shipping to New Zealand. I ordered one as soon as the store came back up, but in the two minutes it took for me to figure out it was compatible with existing bands and to decide which band to get with it, shipping slipped from 23 to 27 September.

Mine is currently sitting at “preparing for shipment”. With how useless FedEx is in this part of the world, they will no doubt deliver the thing to the rural depot just after the courier driver leaves for the day, which means I can either wait an extra 1–2 days or drive to the depot to pick it up (if they’ll even let me).

check Amazon
I did, but they don't seem to have the M/L size as soon as I select it, it changes to the black/blue color.

What bands does everyone here use and recommend? I have been using the silver Milanese loop exclusively (even while sleeping and working out) for my last 3 watches.

If I can't find a black/grey trail loop close to launch day, I was debating about either trying a braided loop or a leather link to hold me over.

Any pros/cons to either of those?

I cancelled my Ultra order today.

The fridge decided to leak all over the place and that now takes priority over this watch.

FYI, Leaky fridge = unhappy wife.

Will hang onto my Ti AW7 until at least after the fridge crisis is averted. Also, I noticed that my shipping slipped a week or two, so I may still be able to go to the AS and get it quicker anyway.

Maybe me cancelling will move someone's order up a day or two!!

You're welcome.

Looks like UPS scans are broken. Haven't got any update on ultra since Saturday and also few other non Apple deliveries not updated since 9.15.

They sit in China for a few days then they leave by Tuesday for destinations at least that's what my MBA M2 and iPhone did.

Lol I know that. been doing iPhone tracking on this website since 2015. For ultra the scans aren't showing anything since 9/18. Should leave CN today !

Amazon in Canada shows Sept 27 delivery for Alpine Starlight in medium size. Pre-ordered there, but will still try Apple Store on Friday morning.

Can I ask how you might be able to see the shipment progress even thought the app shows "preparing to ship"?

I am sure I am missing something obvious, so apologies for the goofy question.

Sorry to hear. Hopefully you'll be able to re-order soon.

Mine just got pushed back as well. Alpine Green band. Went from 9/30-10/7 to 10/5-10/12.

Guess I will try to get one on Friday morning as well in store.
Mine dates are the same. So dissapointed that delivery is delayed, since waiting until the 30th seemed almost impossible. Guess I'll live, though. :)

Ordered on the 8th, trial loop green. Said Sept30-Oct7th, now Oct 5th -12th. Changed today.

Mine just departed from Shanghai ;)
