So I was a bit worried about the ocean band, but I’m so glad I went with it. It’s such a nice feeling material. And man does that flat screen feel nice to swipe on. I’m coming from a 6 44mm. I'm loving the bigger size so much View attachment 2077525
I think that’s going to be one of my favorite things is having a nice flat screen to swipe on with enough bezel to make it super smooth. 3:04 right now, UPS has until 7 lol. Being rural it may be this evening. Just chilling on my couch lmao.

Yeah, I'm more rural too, so I feel the pain. I guess I'm just lucky enough to be earlier on the list. It still didn't deliver until 2:45, but I'm grateful that it came then. I hope yours comes soon :)

Did you go in and crank up the brightness in the settings? Mine was looking really really dim, so I went and looked at the brightness, where I messed with it. Even when I put it back to where it was, it was still WAY brighter than before. I'm guessing a bug. Seems very bright now—not blindingly so, but I'm inside.

Agreed! We have the luxury to pick complications we could never have before.

And when I have time, i will add a focus or shortcut or whatever that replaces one of them with "CheatSheet" since everytime I gas up I have to put in a code. I just store the code there.

Also can't wait to change faces based on work and daily context. Possibilities are endless. Maybe I just change the watch face to time and one big cheat sheet complication when I arrive at the gas station I always visit.

The Wayfinder Face has more complication slots than I can use.

This is a dream come true for me.
yeah I kinda love that face. Coming from a series 4 it feels like an insane amount of room for text and everything. My notifications are super easy to glance at now too. Always on screen is huge as well.

I am coming from a series 4 too. 100% agree. I think we get the most bang for our buck here.

and the dang thing is fast too! Compared to series 4.

Anyone know how to get latitude and longitude on the new watch face working? I have it selected but it's not showing up at all

Alright. Time for some band checks people!

I even went ahead and opened my never used Ceramic Sport band for this.

Here are some looks. All bands are 44/45mm. My wrist is 162mm.

But first, interesting things of note when it comes to the braided loop.
1. Lugs do not fill the slot (expected)
2. Sizing is EVER so slightly looser. For instance. I wear a 5 and over time it has loosened up a bit. And on the ultra it is just a tiny bit loose. So if you’re a cusper like me (4/5) you may be able to go down one size. But currently it works.

Excuse my destroyed black leather loop

Also… starlight band isn’t the most comfortable, and the hook has already hit the watch face 3 times. So be careful.
