AWU with black/grey trail loop now available in almost all stores in Sydney Australia for same day pick up.

It makes sense they would ship the watches with the bands first before making the bands available separately. My black/grey Trail Loop still says delivery Nov 8th to Nov 15th. I do have the watch with the blue/grey Trail Loop but I prefer the black/grey.
I'd love to swap out my current AWU with alpine for the trail but the 2 week window closes for me on Friday. Any chance of these popping up in the US by then?
Doesn't appear like it. I'm in the same boat and debating what I want to do. Return and order trail loop and wait a couple of weeks or just keep my watch / alpine and order a trail loop at some point? It's a hassle to return for me - I'm about an hour away from the store.
I was in the same boat. Got one through But Buy, ordered Tuesday and its coming Thursday

How does the band feel compared to the standard sport loop?
Do you think it’s worth the premium?
Just got home from my travels and my eBay bargain was waiting for me. Have to say, this is a hugely comfortable band and a much nicer version of the old sport loop!! Can’t wait for my black one to eventually show up from Apple now!
Edit: also very much happy the S/M is shorter than the sport loops of old, so there’s less band looping back over. Brilliant!

Looking at the pics, I think the blue/grey may be nicer than the black/grey?
Thanks! Do you mind posting a picture of the underside of your wrist/arm so I can see where the loop attaches? I have 172mm wrist..just trying to avoid having it look too short with the s/m, or too big with the m/L. Thanks!
It is lovely but…it does feel slightly lopsided with the much brighter blue rail. The black has closer matching tones on the rails. We’ll see when the black arrives…
