I love it! I'm satisfied with it so far, its so much snappier, I have a 6S plus I can only imagine how fast it's going to be with the 7! how about you guys?
I ask myself, is there anything about IOS 10 that I would really miss if I went back to the previous version, and the answer unfortunately is no. I'm adapting to it, but just don't love it.
What? In this day and age?I find it ridiculous in this day and age that they'd remove a fundamental iPhone experience
What?the horrendous flaw in the iPhone 7 hardware
I certainly agree.I simply refuse to install it now that they've done away with the swipe to unlock. I find it ridiculous in this day and age that they'd remove a fundamental iPhone experience which has been there forever. What is it with Apple first the horrendous flaw in the iPhone 7 hardware and now this? They've really lost their way, Apple.
You've made a wise decision. iOS 10 is crap. This has been the thread I've been waiting for. I haven't upgraded yet...and don't see a compelling feature that I'm 'missing out' on. Seems like the initial feedback has been that it's a mixed bag.
First time i haven't updated to a new iOS in the first 24 hours. It's also the first time since the 4 that I haven't been a launch day customer of a non-S release.

The reason why I don't like the idea of having to use the fingerprint to unlock is that the technology, at least on my iPhone 6 and iPad, rarely works - so I'll have to do an extra step t open the lock screen. And as you say, why mess with something that works perfectly well? But then, they've been doing that to iTunes and now the phone jack, so we can expect more "New Coke" not less.
Swipe to unlock is redundant if you are using touch-ID.I simply refuse to install it now that they've done away with the swipe to unlock. I love it. Can't wait till developers start implementing creative notification interactions.
