I read these comments and am mystified LOL

Pencil hover makes the Pencil much more useful. It effectively doubles the Pencil's usefulness. It was a glaring omission in functionality which now has been remedied.

Not sure why people aren't all over this.

It's such a big upgrade buying a new iPad for some people will be a no brainer. If it was just the chip, of course an upgrade would not be practical.
