Steam is a game store on Mac OS. In my opinion, steam would be the best place to purchase a game so it can be played on Mac… you are calling it a crab mentality but failed to understand the previous commenters statement.

Steam is a second or even third class citizen on Mac OS.. so many Valve Mac OS games disappeared because Valve didn’t want to bother porting to 64bit

They were never in the Mac App Store. Which goes to show how much developers like the Mac

This game has massive problems. It will either be delayed for months, or be completely broken upon release.
