Hey, does anyone know how i'm able to change the installment plan option from 30 to 24? I accidentally picked the wrong one when quickly ordering, and now I need to change it.

Thank you! I’m assuming that’s what happened then. Everything you read about AT&T Next it’s like “TAXES DUE AT TIME OF SALE NO EXCEPTIONS”. But obviously that’s not the case. My brother has worked @ AT&T for many years but hasn’t been a phone rep for years either so doesn’t know every last bit of updated info but said he has seen it added to the next bill previously.

Okay, now I’m feeling much better after getting 2 confirmations from other members here plus my brother who works for AT&T.
Here’s to hoping we all have our phones in hand on Friday 9/21! I’ll keep everyone updated when and if my status changes to anything other than “In Progress”.. once I see the “Preparing to Ship” I’m going to feel much better.

I saw one reply, but did anyone else order and have $0.00 due at check out? (Meaning the taxes were NOT charged at the time of the order). Checking my order status all seems well, it's still "In Progress" -- I've checked the account multiple times and nothing came up saying anything about "attention needed" or anything.
A few things of note, the account I'm on is an EMO (Employee) account (my brother's). I asked him but he's not even sure how that works but said he has heard of it going onto the next bill in some cases. I had one person reply saying that happened to them but then it charged their payment method on file like 5 hours later. We do have a payment option on file but it did NOT charge that and it's a few days later now. Did anyone else get NO tax due at the time of their order? Was I rushing through so quickly that I didn't notice their was maybe an option to pay now or have it billed?

Both. I work for FedEx and deliver a lot of iPhones but at my house it always comes via UPS for whatever reason. I think Apple just splits it up between the two. I just get stuff like this delivered to my work place nowadays.

I wouldn't worry too much. I have four orders and three are still In Progress, only one has changed to Preparing. I'm sure it's because it's the weekend still, I suspect we'll see more movement during the week.I'm still stuck in In Progress, no second email for one of my two orders. Anyone else? Tempted to cancel and reorder since the site still says Delivered 9/21 for most models but...

That's because Samsung doesn't put a Street day lock on the devices meaning the shipping carriers can deliver it whenever they feel like it . Apple on the other hand has a contract with carriers where they can't deliver the phone until release date or they will pay a hefty fine.
