Yes everything worked out as they said it would.
Just took much longer than I expected.Went to hte Apple store yesterday. They replaced my charger without any problem but they wouldn't exchange my headphones.
I was sent a replacement wall charger from Apple on the phone, when that one came in I charged my phone 1 time. The 2nd time I plugged it in it failed again. Dead.
This time I went to the Apple store, they hooked me up on the spot. They even gave me a new one off the retail wall because they were out of stock in the back room for replacements.
I also had gotten the 2g earphones and the Apple store said they could not exchange but only replace if they failed. So I went through Apple on the phone for the correct 3gs earphones. I have received them and they work as they should.
They took the charger I got off the retail wall too. They just took it out of the packaging and handed it to me. I figured if the headphones were a big deal I'd call ATT/Apple and get them to send me some but I won't use the headphones because the cord is too short and I want to hide the fact that I have an apple product .
